摘要：职业学院中计算机机房是计算机教学和学生上机的主要场所。计算机教师的教学质量和学生的学习效果与机房电脑性能好坏有直接关系。因此为保证教学质量，充分发挥计算机机房在教学和学习中的作用，机房的合理管理和维护至关重要。该文结合滁州城市职业学院自身的特点，分析计算机公共机房在正常教学中现状及存在问题并提出相关的维护策略。

Abstract： The computer room in Career Academy is the main place for computer teaching and student boarding. The quality of computer teachers and the learning effects of students are directly related to the performance of computer rooms. Therefore， in order to ensure the quality of teaching and give full play to the role of computer rooms in teaching and learning， the rational management and maintenance of computer rooms is very important. Based on the characteristics of Chuzhou City Vocational College， this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of computer public computer room in normal teaching and puts forward relevant maintenance strategies.

1 学院公共机房管理现状

1.1 机房管理难度

目前我校计算机公共机房承担全院所有与计算机相关课程的教学任务，同时也负责学生计算机技能考试。据统计每天机房正常的上机学生数约为1500人左右，几乎是满负荷运转。同一个计算机机房往往承担着不同专业，不同层次的教学内容、任务。不同课程所采用的教学软件均不同，这无疑增大机房管理难度。

1.2 机房管理模式

管理模式上仍我校采用人工管理，没有采用机房网络监控管理系统，所有的机房机器状况都停留在纸质档案层面，不符合现代信息化形势下的科学管理[1]。

2 学院公共机房管理问题

2.1 软硬件问题

目前计算机机房的开放时间只有正常上课时间，管理模式也是人工管理，机房的使用率较低。近几年我校生源不断增加，计算机软硬件使用比较频繁，在教学中会出现各种故障有：1）计算机随意移动导致的计算机中途断电、黑屏、硬件松动失效（如键盘鼠标），影响学生的操作进度和作业提交。……
