[摘要]黄芩素是中药黄芩黄酮类中最主要的活性成分，其药理作用广泛，具有清除自由基、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等药理作用，而这些作用均与衰老的发生密切相关。本文基于现代衰老学说，通过查阅CNKI和PubMed平台上的相关文献，就黄芩素对神经退行性疾病、心血管疾病及恶性肿瘤等的作用机制进行了系统综述，为黄芩素的进一步开发和临床应用奠定基础。

Research Progress on the Role and Mechanism of Baicalein in Aging-related Diseases

Abstract： Baicalein is the most important active component of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Scutellaria baicalensis flavone. It has a wide range of pharmacological effects， such as scavenging ROS， anti-inflammatory， antioxidant， and anti-tumor， and these effects are closely related to the occurrence of aging. Based on the modern theory of aging， we reviewed the studys of Baicalein's mechanism of action in neurodegenerative diseases， cardiovascular diseases， tumors， etc. with consulting relevant documents on CNKI and PubMed websites. We aim to provide a basis for the further development and clinical application of baicalein.

衰老是机体伴随年龄增长所面临一个无法抗拒的生理性、复杂性生命过程，机体在衰老中出现各系统器官功能退化，且老年综合征、多种慢性病、重大疾病的全球发病率、住院率及医疗费用显著增加，如：阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease，AD）和其他神经退行性疾病、癌症、糖尿病和心血管疾病等[1]。尤其是近年来随着人口老龄化进程加快，衰老相关疾病发病率急剧上升，社会和家庭承担着巨大压力。抗衰老研究的目的是通过对人体衰老机制及衰老相关疾病的研究，制定科学合理的干预措施以延缓衰老、保持健康长寿，预防或减轻与衰老相关的疾病发生率，另一方面也可以缓解衰老相关疾病防治临床用药的迫切需求。因而，国内外学者在人体衰老的机制和抗衰老中药的研发方面积极探索，以期改善老年人的生活质量并提升健康水平。

现代衰老机制的研究主要有自由基学说、线粒体学说、炎性学说和DNA损伤学说等。……
