[摘要]近年来，随着女性思想的开放和生活质量的提高，会阴整形手术迅速发展和流行起来，而小阴唇缩小术作为会阴整形中最重要的手术更是被越来越多的女性所青睐。小阴唇肥大不仅影响美观，而且会摩擦刺激引起不适和疼痛，妨碍会阴卫生清洁和降低性生活质量，甚至会影响女性心理健康。因此，拥有美学理念的小阴唇缩小术为解决小阴唇肥大所引起的外观畸形和功能障碍尤其关键。本文结合文献综述小阴唇缩小术的发展与现状。

The Development and Current Status of Labia Minora Reduction

Abstract：In recent years， with the opening of women's mind and the improvement of quality of life， perineal plastic surgery has rapidly developed and become popular， and as the most important operation in perineal plastic surgery， labia minora reduction is favored by more and more women.Hypertrophy of the labia minora not only affects the beauty， but also causes discomfort and pain due to frictional stimulation， hinders the hygiene of the perineum and reduces the quality of sexual life， and even affects womens mental health. Therefore， the labia minora reduction surgery with an aesthetic concept is particularly critical to solve the appearance deformities and dysfunction caused by the hypertrophy of the labia minora.This article combines the literature to comprehensively describe the development and current status of labia minora reduction surgery.

由于女性审美观念的转变以及对于高品质生活的追求，越来越多的女性因肥大的小阴唇影响日常及性生活而迫切需要手术治疗。据美国美容整形外科学会（American society for aesthetic plastic surgery， ASAPS）统计，2012年～2017年小阴唇缩小术数量增长217.3%[1]。大部分就医者的动机主要是肥大的小阴唇外形、穿衣摩擦刺激引起的不适、性生活疼痛感以及慢性尿路感染等[2-4]。目前为止，尽管没有女性外生殖器理想的美学标准，但是女性外生殖器美学的基本准则包括[5]：①有对称的小阴唇，尤其是站立时小阴唇不突出超过大阴唇;②阴蒂包皮相当短没有额外褶皱;③大阴唇没有多余的皮肤和过多的脂肪，否则会导致衣服的难看隆起;④阴阜具有轻度的丰满感，但不会在穿衣时突出。所以临床医师需要结合小阴唇的大小、形状、色泽以及患者的需求和運用美学理念来选择合适的术式，提高患者满意度。……
