[摘要]目的：观察重组人表皮生长因子（rhEGF）联合舒宁乳膏对黄褐斑皮损及皮肤屏障修复的作用。方法：选择笔者医院治疗的34例黄褐斑伴皮肤屏障受损患者，每日使用重组人表皮生长因子及舒宁乳膏2次，早晚各一次，分别在治疗前、治疗1个月、2个月后采用VISIA皮肤检测仪对皮肤状态进行检测，并对患者进行自我满意度调查。结果：连续使用重组人表皮生长因子及舒宁乳膏2个月后，VISIA皮肤测试结果表明与治疗前比较皮肤斑点、皱纹、棕色斑及红色区减轻，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），皮肤纹理、毛孔、紫外线色斑及紫质变化较治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。患者自我满意度调查结果显示面部色斑淡化满意度为62.76%，皮肤瘙痒刺痛减轻满意度为76.47%，皮肤紧绷感减轻满意度为88.23%，所有患者在药物使用过程中无皮肤不良反应发生。结论：重组人表皮生长因子联合舒宁乳膏对减轻黄褐斑色素及修复皮肤屏障具有一定的治疗作用。

Effect of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Combined with Shuning Cream on Melasma and Skin Barrier

Abstract： Objective  To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with ShuNing cream on the repair of melasma and skin barrier. Methods Thirty-four cases with melasma and skin barrier damaged were treated by the author's laser center were observed. Patients used recombinant human epidermal growth factor and Shu Ning cream twice a day， once in the morning and once in the evening.VISIA skin detector was used to check for the skin condition before treatment， 1 month and 2 month after treatment respectively.The self-satisfaction of the patients were investigated. Results  After continuous use of rhEGF and Shu Ning cream for 2 months， the skin test results showed that difference between the skin spots，wrinkles，brown spots and red areas compared with those before treatment have statistical significance（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference between skin texture， pores， UV spots and poryphyrins compared with before treatment （P>0.05）， The survey results of patients`self-satisfaction showed that the facial spots fade satisfaction was 62.76%， the itchy skin tingles less satisfaction was 76.47%， relieve skin tension satisfaction was 88.23%，No skin adverse reactions occurred during drug use in all patients. Conclusion  RhEGF combined with ShuNing cream have a certain therapeutic effect on reducing the melasma pigment and repairing skin barrier.

黄褐斑是一种常见的慢性皮肤色素增加性疾病，男女皆可发生，男女比例约为1∶9[1]。黄褐斑形成原因复杂，被认为与日晒、不良护肤品使用、激素变化、药物及妊娠等因素有关。黄褐斑的治疗方法很多，包括口服药物治疗、化学剥脱、光电治疗等，但效果均不稳定，且具有较高的复发风险。通过对大量患者黄褐斑形成原因分析发现，我国50%以上黄褐斑的形成与日晒及不良护肤习惯有关[2-3]。2002年，日本葛西健一郎[4]提出黄褐斑的形成与皮肤屏障受损存在很大的联系。……
