[摘要]目的：探讨Z形皮瓣成形术联合重睑术对内眦赘皮的矫治效果及患者满意度。方法：选择2016年1月-2019年6月笔者医院收治的127例内眦赘皮患者进行研究，根据自愿原则，分为观察组67例和对照组60例，对照组使用Y-V皮瓣成形术联合重睑术，观察组使用Z形皮瓣成形术联合重睑术。比较两组手术疗效及患者满意度。结果：术后6个月，观察组和对照组手术优良率分别为92.54%和80.00%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组轻度、中度内眦赘皮疗效优良率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组重度内眦赘皮优良率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组和对照组总满意度率分别为95.52%和81.67%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：Z形皮瓣成形术联合重睑术对内眦赘皮的矫正效果显著，尤其是对重度内眦赘皮的疗效更明显，且患者满意度高，值得应用推广。

The Effect of Z-flap Plasty Combined with Blepharoplasty on Epicanthus

Abstract： Objective  To study the effect and satisfaction of Z-flap plasty combined with blepharoplasty on epicanthus. Methods  127 patients of epicanthus who received therapy from January 2016 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as research objects， according to the principle of voluntariness， the patients were divided into the observation group （67 cases） and the control group （60 cases）. The control group was used Y-V flap combined with blepharoplasty， while in the observation group was used Z-flap plasty combined with blepharoplasty. The operative effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results  At after the operation 6 months， the excellent and good rates in the observation group and the control group were 92.54% and 80.00%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the excellent and good rates of mild and moderate epicanthus（P>0.05）. The excellent and good rate of severe epicanthus in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.52% and 81.67%， respectively， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion  The effect of Z-shaped flap combined with blepharoplasty on epicanthus correction is significant， especially for severe epicanthus， and the patients' satisfaction is high， it's worth popularizing.

內眦赘皮是亚洲人种十分常见的特征，发生率约为50%，而在单睑人群中发生率可高达70%，其主要指在内眦角前方部位存在一片垂直的皮肤皱襞，并掩盖内眦角，不仅影响了部分视野，也对眼部美观有着一定影响[1-2]。通过有效的整形手术可加宽睑裂距离、缩小内眦间距，有助于美化眼部及整个面部状态。重睑术是眼部整形中常用术式之一，但对于存在内眦赘皮的患者通常需同期接受内眦赘皮矫正术，临床上针对内眦赘皮的矫正手术方案较多，疗效不一，也有部分矫正术后容易在内眦处遗留瘢痕，甚至有瘢痕增生情况，降低患者的治疗满意度[3-4]。Y-V皮瓣成形术、Z形皮瓣成形术是目前较为常用的两组皮瓣设计方法，疗效各异。因此，本研究旨在对比两种皮瓣设计分别联合重睑术的疗效及患者满意度情况。……
