摘 要：[目的/意義]基于大规模数据对中国国际期刊论文的开放获取现状及其与世界水平的距离进行分析，为有关部门制定或调整开放获取政策提供依据，以推进我国开放获取进程。[方法/过程]文章通过Unpaywall获取2010—2019年近260万篇中国国际期刊论文的开放获取信息，基于此对中国国际期刊论文总体和中国国家自然科学基金委员会（NSFC）资助论文的开放获取情况进行定量分析，并比较了中国国际期刊论文总体的开放获取水平与世界平均水平的差距以及NSFC和国外EPSRC、NSF、NIH 3个科学资助机构资助论文开放获取水平的差距。[结果/结论]中国国际期刊论文的开放获取比例总体呈上升趋势，但整体水平仍明显低于世界平均水平;NSFC资助论文的开放获取比例低于中国国际期刊论文整体开放获取水平，也明显低于国外3个科学资助机构资助论文的开放获取水平。

The Open Access Status of Chinas International Journal Papers

——A Large-scale Comparative Analysis

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]Under the circumstances that the global open access movement has developed rapidly，it is essential to better understand the open access status of China and the gap between Chinese and the world levels on this issue.[Method/Process]This study obtained the open access information of nearly 2.6 million Chinas international journal papers from 2010 to 2019 through the tool named Unpaywall，and then conducted a quantitative analysis of the open access status and citation counts of all these papers and papers funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China（NSFC）.Finally，we conducted comparative analyses of China and the world open access level as well as the open access situation of the papers funded by NSFC and three foreign funding agencies（i.e.，EPSRC，NSF and NIH）.[Result/Conclusion]The findings were as follows：（1）the open access ratio of Chinas international journal papers showed an overall increasing trend during the study period，the average ratio was still significantly lower than that of the world average though.（2）the OA ratio of papers funded by NSFC was lower than that of overall Chinas international journal papers，and was also significantly lower than those of the papers funded by the three foreign funding agencies.
