摘 要：[目的/意義]本文分析了情报需求与服务的内涵，并通过面向投资机构提供的情报服务案例，分析了投资机构的情报需求，以及为其服务的情报内容和服务方式，为情报学理论研究与实践工作提供参考。[方法/过程]以聚焦在智能家居领域的投资机构A公司对核心技术或项目进行投资活动为出发点，对服务需求、内容及方法进行了分析。[结果/结论]基于投资机构的主要情报部门需求，归纳并分析了情报服务工作的主要内容和识别需求的方法，使提供的情报服务具有较强的相关性、全面性和参考性，得到了用户认可。

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]In this paper，the implied meaning of information needs and services is revealed，the information needs of investment institution and the information content and service forms serving investment institution are analyzed by carrying out a case study of the information service specifically offered to investment institution，which is expected to provide certain reference for the theoretical research and practice of Information Studies.[Method/Process]This paper started with the investment and financing activities for key technologies or projects engaged by Investment Institution A，a practitioner specialized in smart home sector，in order to look into the service needs，content and means.[Result/Conclusion]The main parts of information services and the way of identifying information services were summarized and observed according to the major needs of information sector in investment institution，so that the information services rendered by investment institution would be strongly relevant，comprehensive and referential，which in turn would be recognized by its users.

随着我国创新驱动发展及一系列建设创新型国家战略的实施，我国科技信息机构纷纷把为企业提供创新情报服务定为新时期的业务方向[1]，对支撑科研活动、支撑战略决策等发挥了重要作用。同时，情报服务亦是情报工作的核心，服务政府、服务社会、服务企业等是各级情报研究所的任务之一[2]。

当前，国际经济形势相对动荡，金融市场呈现出深化繁荣、投资风险和投资机遇同步激增，利用科技情报对投资活动进行战略支撑、投资预测和风险识别，已成为投资机构应用创新技术助推发展的一种重要方式。同时，情报工作还为投资机构最大限度地减少了投资风险，提升了投资成功的概率。因此，面向投资机构开展情报服务，是我国信息机构顺应时代发展要求的特色情报工作，也是情报学的前沿研究领域[3]。……
