摘 要：[目的/意義]场景时代，社会化问答平台的价值主张、价值创造主体和价值创造过程发生着改变，如何将场景化要素嵌入社会化问答平台，实现服务模式创新成为其发展的关键，这也是社会化问答平台服务模式未来变革的方向。[方法/过程]为此，对社会化问答平台分别从技术创新和管理创新的视角出发，以服务效率和服务价值两个维度的融合为目标借助于场景要素，基于用户信息期望实现不同维度情境的配置，即通过场景化情境的多元化和个性化协调配置实现社会化问答平台服务模式创新。[结果/结论]结果表明，社会化问答平台场景化情境配置的本质就是要基于用户对社会化问答服务效率和价值的双重期望，有效地实现不同维度情境的配置，这是社会化问答平台实现功能视角的效率型服务模式和实现管理视角的价值型服务模式融合创新的途径。

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]In the era of scene，the value proposition，the main body of value creation and the process of value creation of the social Q&A platform are changing.How to integrate the scene elements into the social Q&A platform and realize the innovation of the service mode become the key to its development，which is also the direction of the future innovation of the service mode of the social Q&A platform.[Method/Process]Therefore，from the perspective of technological innovation and management innovation，the social question answering platform aimed at the integration of service efficiency and service value.With the help of scenario elements，it realized the configuration of different dimension scenarios based on user information expectation，that is，it realized the service mode innovation of social question answering platform through the diversification and personalized configuration of scenarios.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that the essence of contextual configuration of social Q&A platform was to effectively realize the configuration of different dimensions of situations based on users double expectations of the efficiency of social Q&A platform products and service utility.This is an innovative way for social Q&A platform to transform from the efficiency of product functions and the utility of service management to the experiential type of scene adaptation.

社会化问答平台服务模式创新的本质是其价值创造逻辑和价值实现过程的变革，即当用户所处的外部环境发生变化时，其在一定程度上会刺激用户信息期望发生变化，进而驱动社会化问答平台服务模式重组、优化和变革，这种逆向驱动的方式是服务模式创新的源动力[1]。近年来，随着大数据、移动设备、社交媒体、传感器和定位系统等场景要素功能的不断强大及其在社会化问答平台中嵌入的渐进渐深，使得服务模式逐渐具有了场景化的特征，场景化是社会化问答平台服务模式创新方向之一[2]。……
