摘 要：活塞杆是液压支架中最重要的承载部件，液压装置密封部分的尺寸大小和加工精度直接关系整体的密封性能和使用寿命，其中，活塞柱的柱塞、缸筒配合间隙与液压支架的整体密封性具有重要的关联。基于此，本文论述了液压支架活塞杆的作用和主要損坏原因，分析了活塞杆柱塞、缸筒配合间隙和密封性能的具体关系，最后提出优化液压支架活塞杆柱塞、缸筒配合间隙和密封性能的措施，为相关工程人员提供一定的借鉴。

Research on the Relationship between Sealing Performance and the Fit Clearance of the Piston Rod Plunger of the Hydraulic Support and the Cylinder Barrel

Abstract： The piston rod is the most important bearing component in the hydraulic support， the size and processing accuracy of the sealing part of the hydraulic device are directly related to the overall sealing performance and service life， among them， the fit clearance between the plunger and cylinder of the piston column is importantly related to the overall sealing of the hydraulic support. Based on this， this paper discussed the function of the piston rod of the hydraulic support and the main causes of damage， and analyzed the specific relationship between the piston rod plunger， the cylinder barrel and the sealing performance， finally proposed measures to optimize the clearance and sealing performance of the piston rod plunger， cylinder barrel of the hydraulic support， and provide some reference for related engineers.

液压支架是液压装置的重要组成部分，具有广泛的应用前景和市场需求，随着我国经济的不断发展和社会建设的不断加快，诸多行业对液压装置的需求逐渐上升。活塞杆是液压支架的主要承载部分，其使用寿命直接关系整个液压支架的使用，具有重要的价值。

1 活塞杆的作用和主要损坏原因

1.1 活塞杆的作用

活塞杆部件在液压支架中起着重要的承载作用，其具体的工作原理是，活塞杆通过不断进行收缩作业，使得顶梁和顶板实时接触[1]。其间，顶板压力得到分散，进而实现对顶板的保护，使得使用安全得到有效保障。液压缸主要分为三部分，即缸体、密封件和液压介质。液压缸需要借助液压介质的不可压缩性来为自身提供工作所需的推移力和支撑力。其中，密封件能够隔离高压腔与低压腔，同时与缸体紧密接触，使得液压缸能够在不泄露液压介质的前提下顺利完成运动过程，实现相关功能。……
