摘 要：随着科学技术的迅速发展和人均寿命的不断提高，我国人口老龄化程度越来越严重，老年人的人口比重越来越大，因此所需的助老设备越来越多。对于行动不太方便的老年人来说，拐杖是一种辅助器械，可以帮助老年人更好地行动和更方便地生活。随着社会的蓬勃发展，人们对助老拐杖有了更新、更高的要求。本设计是一种基于老年群体需求而设计的新型助老拐杖，通过简单的结构，解决老人摔倒后站不起来的问题，帮助老年人更加便利地生活。

Design of Crutches for the Elderly Based on the Needs of the Elderly

Absrtact： With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the average life expectancy， the aging of our country's population is becoming more and more serious， and the proportion of the elderly population is increasing， therefore， more and more equipment is needed to help the elderly. For the elderly who are not easy to move， crutches are an auxiliary device that can help the elderly move better and live more conveniently. With the vigorous development of society， people have newer and higher demands on crutches for helping the elderly. The design is a new type of crutches designed to help the elderly based on the needs of the elderly， through a simple structure， the problem that the elderly cannot stand up after a fall is solved， and the elderly can live more conveniently.

老人是一個很特殊的群体，一些老人腿脚不利索，生活中需要依靠拐杖，抑或是摔倒后没人扶，无法自行站立。针对这一问题，研究人员决定研制一款不用别人帮助，能自助帮助老人摔倒后站起来的拐杖。

1 项目研究背景

据了解，截至2019年底，中国有65岁以上老年人1.75亿，占总人口的比例为12.5%。随着中国老龄化人口的增长，有报告指出，高龄者等速肌力（膝伸肌最大力矩值/体重）仅为青年人的60%～70%，对于老人来说，行走成了一个很吃力的问题，拐杖也成为高龄者行走的必备辅助工具。为了减轻老人的痛苦，关注老人的健康与快乐[1]，本课题小组设计了一款更适合老年人、更人性化的实用型起身拐杖，让老人无处不感受人们对他们的关爱、社会对他们的关怀。

虽然我国拥有世界上最大的老年市场，但中国老年人用品市场目前只有保健品服务，市场单一，无差异性。……
