【摘  要】随着互联网行业的飞速发展，网络购物从城市走向农村，逐渐被乡镇人民所接受。但是农村快递配送的发展存在较多问题，快递网络布局不合理，快递企业投资运营成本高，物流服务满意度低。针对这些问题，论文对农村快递配送优化提出若干应对策略，包括科学优化快递网点布局;因地制宜，充分利用现有资源，多方合作;加强政策引导，激励快递企业发展，增加农村发货及配送需求，形成良性循环。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the internet industry， online shopping gradually accepted by the township people from the city to the countryside. However， there are many problems in the development of rural express delivery， such as unreasonable distribution of express network， high investment and operation cost of express enterprises， and low satisfaction of logistics service. In view of these problems， the paper puts forward several coping strategies for the optimization of rural express delivery， including the scientific optimization of the distribution of express outlets; take measures according to local conditions， make full use of existing resources， multi-party cooperation;strengthen policy guidance， encourage the development of express delivery enterprises， so as to increase the demand for rural delivery and distribution and form a virtuous cycle.

1 引言

随着互联网的普及以及人们生活水平的提高，网络购物、收发快递成为日常生活中的常见行为。2020年全国快递业务量和业务收入分别完成830亿件和8750亿元，同比分别增长30.8%和16.7%。与此同时，电商助农、网络直播等新兴互联网销售模式的迅速发展，也进一步挖掘了农村地区的消费潜力。据统计，截至2020年年底，农村地区收投快件超过300亿件。但是，与农村快递服务需求日益旺盛的现状相比，快递服务能力的建设速度明显制约了整个行业的发展速度。因为取件远，取件难，快递费用贵，打击了很多村民网络购物的积极性，而快递网络能力不足也拖慢了农产品走出来的步伐，整个物流网络在农村地区运行不畅。这与农村地区基础条件较差有关，尤其偏远地区人口居住分散，交通条件有限，物流体系建设相对落后，这导致了农村快递网络末端布局存在很多问题，不仅没有为农村经济发展助力，有些地区还阻碍了脱贫攻坚的进程。……
