【摘  要】随着经济的发展，企业的竞争压力越来越大。国有企业要想稳定发展，就要团结员工，做好思想工作。国有企业的发展离不开思想政治工作的开展，但就目前来看，党建思想政治工作的开展，需要结合改革创新精神。通过对改革创新精神的深刻理解与分析，发挥与时俱进精神的作用，能够推动国有企业党建思想政治建设作用的充分发挥，提升国有企业的思想建设能力。

【Abstract】With the development of economy， the competition pressure of enterprises is constantly increasing. If the state-owned enterprises want to develop steadily， they must unite their employees and do well their ideological work. The development of state-owned enterprises cannot be separated from the development of ideological and political work， but at present， the development of the ideological and political work of the Party building needs to be combined with the spirit of reform and innovation. Through a deep understanding and analysis of the spirit of reform and innovation and the role of the spirit of advancing with the times， we will promote the full play of the role of ideological and political construction of Party building in state-owned enterprises and improve the ideological construction capabilities of state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

党建工作的开展，是国有企业发展的基础保障，从思想工作入手，有利于提升思想水平，加深对于企业文化的理解，提升企业员工之间的凝聚力。党建思想政治工作的开展，是一个逐步发展的过程，跟随我国经济发展的脚步，以提升企业凝聚力为核心，促进企业稳定，提升企业团队的向心力，对于促进国有企业健康发展发挥集体所有制的最大作用。

2 改革创新精神的内涵

改革创新，是对原有问题的反思，是对于现代问题的解决，通过精神层面的指导提升思想凝聚力，促进问题的解决，从而发挥人的最大作用，以积极的态度面对发展，通过改革原有体制，创新发展方向，以科学的态度，推动我国的经济政治文化和社会建设，这也是振兴中华的力量来源。中国历史发展中的改革创新是自主创新，是区别于他人的，是先进的。

3 党建思想政治工作的重要价值

从国家发展的角度来看，国企是非常关键的一部分，是重要的物质基础，也是我党执政兴国的重要支柱。……
