【摘  要】作为企业工作体系的重要组成部分，企业中党的建设对其生产、经营和发展产生了重要影响，并确保履行其社会责任。在新时期，随着市场经济体制改革的推进，企业在面对新的发展机遇的同时，也面临诸多挑战，对党的建设创新提出了新要求。论文从客观角度简要分析了企业党建工作存在的问题，对企业的创新实践进行了探讨。

【Abstract】As an important part of the work system in enterprises， the Party building in the enterprises has an important impact on their production， operation and development， and ensures the fulfillment of their social responsibilities. In the new era， with the advancement of market economic system reform， enterprises are facing new development opportunities， but also many challenges， which put forward new requirements for the innovation of Party building. From an objective point of view， this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the Party building work of enterprises， and discusses the innovation practice of enterprises.

1 引言

在新的时代背景下，我国政党事业的发展离不开企业党建的有力保障，并且企业在社会中发挥着至关重要的作用。在信息时代的背景下，新媒体已成为党建工作的新载体，对我国的政治、经济和文化产生了不可忽视的深远影响。

2 新时期企业党建工作存在的问题

在党和国家的正确领导下，企业的综合竞争力不断提高，总体规模实现了跨越式发展。但是，从客观的角度来看，面对新形势的挑战，企业的党建工作受到很多因素的影响。实际上，还存在着组织定位不明确和管理不善之类的问题。具体来说，思想决定行动，思想影响决策。在发达的信息时代背景下，一些企业没有充分引入先进技术，再加上党建工作队伍素质低、资金不足，党建只能一成不变，因此，与时代潮流脱节。

2.1 企业不重视党建工作

在当前的党建工作中，全球经济正在向一体化趋势发展，企业将面临前所未有的市场竞争。有些企业在市场竞争中只注重提高效率，却忽略了党的建设。……
