摘要：研究高等院校在非遗时代下对年画传承的行动与举措，论证其在年画创新实践中的重要作用。从位于年画产地的地方高校、综合类大学、顶尖大学以及艺术类院校的角度分别阐释并可视化高等院校牵头下对年画在非遗上的传承，在设计上的创新以及基础理论建设等成果。最终形成一个由院校主导的传统年画传承与创新的图示关系来为其设计创新实践作出指导或参考。由高校牵头与组织的各项针对年画传承与复兴的提倡与举措从理论建设到设计创新、从社会影响到行业发展都产生了积极作用。

Abstract： This paper studies the actions and measures of colleges anduniversities facing the inheritance ofNew year Paintings ln the non-legacy era， anddemonstrates its important role in the innovation practice ofNew year PaintingsFrom the perspective of local universities located n the producing areas ofNewyear paintings， comprehensive universities， top universities and art universities，respectively explain and visualize the inheritance ofNew year paintings ln nonheritage， innovation in design and basic theory construction and other achievements ed by colleges and universitiesFinally，a graphical relationship between inheritanceand innovation of traditionalNew year Paintings led by colleges and universities S formed to provide guidance or reference for the design innovation practice oftraditional folk art.Various advocacy and measures for the inheritance and revival ofNew year Paintings led and organized by colleges and universities have played apositive role from theoretical construction to design innovation， from social impact tothe development of the industry

引言

改革开放以来，随着国家对非物质文化遗产的保护以及政策支持，年画在当下面临的传承与创新问题也被提上日程并亟待解决。1980年，中央美术学院成立年画和连环画系，并在该年招收本科及研究生以培养年画方面的人才;2001年，苏州市委将桃花坞木刻年画社划入苏州工艺美术职业学院，试图寻找一条以院校领导下的民间艺术的传承保护与创新之路;2003年，著名学者冯骥才先生发起“中国木版年画抢救工程”并于2007年在天津大学创建中国木版年画研究中心，该中心承担了年画口述史以及研讨会等年画基础理论与资料的搜集研究。2019年，在文化和旅游部文化遗产司支持之下，“清华大学年画日新创作营”在清华大学举办。除此之外，一系列卓有成效的有关传统民间年画传承与创新的举措都在高等院校的支持下有序进行。……
