摘要：为避免学生在网络学习中经常产生的负面焦虑情绪。以心理学研究为基础，在工业设计专业基础课程中展开实验，测试不同程度的焦虑对于学习计划和任务执行的影响，并对学生在网络课程状态中的心理状态进行了调研和分析。在任务紧迫性加强以及任务设置不具体时，一般性焦虑的数值达到最大化;当任务非常明确具体时，焦虑范围主要集中在低焦虑的区间;其中，任务紧迫性的加大，会最易触发高焦虑的发生。网络课程中学习任务的科学设计至关重要，任务信息决定了学生的注意力分配倾向以及学习效率水平。也决定了焦虑情绪在学习中能否起到激励的作用。

Abstract： To avoid negative anxiety that students generated Jn network learningBased on psychology research， experiments in the“design sketch and sketch”，“color foundation”and“photography technology”course in industrial design. 引言

焦慮是人们日常生活中经常体验到的一种情绪。长久以来，在人们的意识里，认为焦虑是一种负面情绪，因为在生理体验上，焦虑往往会导致肌肉紧张、失去耐心、兴奋易怒等问题。随着近几年心理学理论的不断发展和心理测试水平的不断提高，关于焦虑情绪的新结论也逐步形成和完善，新的研究一改以往的单一维度下对于焦虑情绪的评价，而是更加全面立体的衡量焦虑情绪对于认知活动的重要影响，承认焦虑在激励学习和辅助决策方面的积极作用[1-3]。工业设计类专业课程对实践能力和动手能力要求较高，在网络教学中极易引发学生的焦虑情绪，如何通过网课内容的合理设计和组织提升学生专业学习的内驱力、持久力更是亟需解决的问题[4-6]。……
