摘要：从用人单位角度展现和归纳当前我国工业设计人才需求的特点及趋势，构建工业设计岗位体系和知识技能需求体系，进而对相关院校提出工业设计专业人才培养建议。以定量研究法统计分析2019年1月至2019年12月期间三大招聘网站工业设计人才需求数据。工业设计人才可分为三大类型：创意技术型、创意技能型和创意综合型;人才培养与能力素养水平可分为三个层次：专业基础能力、专业进阶能力和职业综合素养。差异化分层次培养和跨学科适应性培养有助于提升学生设计能力的岗位契合度。

Abstract： in order to summarize the current situation and characteristics ofindustrial design talent demand in the domestic employment market， so as toconstruct both of industrial design post system and knowledge&skill demandsystem from the angle of enterprise， thus to put forward relevant suggestion ofindustrial design education. Based on industrial design talent demand data Of threemajor recruitment websites from January 2019 to December 2019， quantitativeresearch method was conducted.lndustrial design talents can be divided into threetypes： creative technology， creative skills and creative integration; The level of talentcultivation and competence can be divided into three levels： basic professionalcompetence， advanced professional competence and comprehensive professionaaccomplishmentlt is helpful to improve the students' design ability from twoaspects： difference classification and level training， interdisciplinary adaptabilitytraining

引言

随着我国由制造经济向创造经济转变，工业设计专业迎来了新的发展阶段，也迎来了更高的市场需求。立足国情，探索更符合行业要求的人才培养模式，提升人才培养质量，是当前各院校工业设计专业建设的核心问题。挖掘市场需求、明晰人才培养目标、构建职业能力框架，是对当前问题进行深入分析的向导，也是提出解决对策并进行实践的依据。现有对于工业设计人才职业能力结构与培养目标研究中，周霞[1]等依托问卷调查，运用因素分析法，建立创新人才胜任力模型;顾亦鸣[2]等基于访谈与问卷提出包括专业知识、工作能力、人格特征、职业品德四个维度在内的工业设计人才职业结构;邓碧波[3]等基于当前人才培养……
