摘要：目前，随着疫情防控的持续，各家医院对酒精（乙醇）液氧等危化品的需求量居高不下，在院内的存储量逐渐较多，危险系数较大。根据国家规定要求，该类危化品存储区均安装了防泄漏的浓度环境检测设备和视频监控设备，但各类设备国标并未要求相互集成，系统间的联动性较低，多系统并存现象普遍存在，在实际使用中因监管系统分散，经常需分头操作，及时性较差，效果不尽如人意。许多单位这几套系统监管平台还不在一处，有些库房还是无人库房，必须靠人工巡视完成监管，遇到紧急情况，值守人员无法及时、有效地了解现场全面情况，严重影响现场处置进度。因此为避免危化品库房的安全事故，设计一种将数据监管和视频监管相融合的新式管理设备，来实现医院危化品管理快速、简便、远程一体化的监管设备很有必要。

Abstract： At present， as the continuous prevention and control for COVID-19， the demand for alcohol （ethanol）， liquid oxygen and other dangerous chemicals in hospitals remains high. The storage in hospitals is gradually increasing， with a high risk factor. According to the requirements of national regulations， this kind of dangerous chemical storage area is installed with anti-leakage concentration environment detection equipment and video monitoring equipment.But the national standard of all kinds of equipment does not require mutual integration. The low correlation between systems and multiple systems coexisting still exist. It requires to operate separately in the actual practice due to the unconcentrated system management， which leads to poor timeliness and low efficiency. In some hospitals， the supervision platform of the system is not concentratedin in one place， especially in the unmanned warehouses. It must rely on manual inspection to complete supervision. In case of emergency， the personnel on duty can not timely and effectively understand the overall situation of the site， which seriously impact the disposal on site. Therefore， in order to avoid safety accidents in the warehouse of hazardous chemicals， it is necessary to design a new management equipment that integrates data supervision and video supervision to realize the rapid， simple and remote integrated supervision equipment for the management of hazardous chemicals in hospitals.
