摘要：随着科学技术的不断进步和快速发展，我国已经全面进入到信息化时代，大数据对各行业的发展产生直接性的影响。本文结合城建档案管理现状，探讨了城建档案管理相关概述，分析了城建档案信息化管理现存问题，研究了城建档案信息化管理在大数据下的实践策略，以期为大数据背景下实现城建档案管理水平提升提供参考。

Abstract： With the continuous progress and rapid development of science and technology， China has fully entered the information age， and big data has a direct impact on the development of various industries. Combined with the current situation of urban construction archives management， this paper discusses the overview of urban construction archives management， the existing problems of urban construction archives information management are analyzed， the practice strategy of urban construction archives information management under big data is studied， in order to provide reference for improving the management level of urban construction archives under the background of big data.

在大數据的影响下，需要根据实际情况的不同，对城建档案管理中涉及的诸多影响要素展开深入分析，提出有针对性的解决对策，这样才能够结合建设效果，促使城建档案管理工作能够更好地落实到实处，保证城建档案管理工作在实施过程中的整体质量和效率得到提升。特别是新时期背景下，城建档案在整个社会建设中具有非常重要影响和作用，要顺应时代发展要求，将城建档案在其中的作用和价值最大化地发挥出来，这也是目前城建档案中必须要面临的重点问题。结合目前城建档案在建设与管理时存在的诸多问题，提出有针对性的解决对策，保证城建档案管理在大数据时代背景下能够得到有效推进，以此来满足各方面提出的基本要求。
