摘要：文章介绍了开放存取资源的内涵，分析了开放存取资源在存储、共享、使用方面存在的安全风险，提出了相应的管理方法。在开放存取资源存储方面，应注意数据库加密、用户权限认定及资源分类存储;在共享方面，加强网络共享管理、网络地址管理及安全漏洞侦测;在使用方面，提高用户身份识别、用户等级认证及用户信息保护力度。

Discussion on Security Management of Open Access Resources in Intelligent Libraries

Abstract： This article introduced the connotation of open access resources， analyzed the security risks of open access resources in storage， sharing， and use， and proposed corresponding management methods. In terms of open access resource storage， attention should be paid to database encryption， user authorization identification and resource classification storage; in terms of sharing， network sharing management， network address management and security vulnerability detection should be strengthened; in terms of use， user identity identification， user level authentication and user information protection should be promoted.

伴隨着5G时代的到来，信息资源传输效率不断提高，智慧图书馆成为重要的社会知识服务机构，并且越来越倾向通过开放存取（Open Access，OA）的方式为用户提供知识服务，借助OA资源推动知识共享和学术交流。OA资源是伴随互联网和信息技术产生的一种新的知识资源载体和学术交流方式，包括各类电子文献、数字资源、专业数据库等，以数字可视化的方式为学术交流和知识共享提供新路径，是国际学术界、出版界、图书情报界为推动科研成果共享，利用互联网自由传播而采取的运动，使科学研究信息在网络环境中免费地供公众自由获取[1]。对融入智能技术的智慧图书馆而言，对OA资源进行搜集、利用、加工能为用户提供更多信息资源产品，更好地服务用户，使其便捷地获取资源[2]。但是智慧图书馆需要借助互联网及其他移动智能终端进行知识资源传输和知识服务，而互联网的开放性给OA资源的搜集、加工、使用带来了众多的安全风险，加强对OA资源的安全管理能给智慧图书馆用户带来更好的服务体验。……
