【摘  要】在小学生的教育中，学校教育为小学生的精神文化教育指明了方向，家庭教育与社会教育也对小学生有着重要的教育影响。只有将家庭教育、社会教育与学校教育将结合，才能更好地促进小学生的全面发展。本文就小学班主任提高家庭教育指导力的策略开展初步探索，希望可以提升班主任的家庭教育指导力。

【Abstract】In the education of primary school students， school education has pointed out the direction for the spiritual and cultural education of primary school students， and family education and social education also have an important educational impact on primary school students. Only by carrying out the joint teaching of family education， social education and school education， can we better promote the all-round development of primary school students. This article conducts a preliminary exploration on the strategies of primary school head teachers to improve family education guidance， hoping to improve the home education guidance of head teachers.

学校教育为小学生学习知识、掌握技能提供了有效指导，但只是学生知识文化水平和能力提升的一部分，而家庭教育则为学生知识原理的应用和实践提供了更加广阔的发展空间，培养了学生的文化基础和道德精神素养。如何有效地对学生家长的教育进行建议和指导，是现阶段小学班主任要重点关注的教育问题。

一、向家长开放学校的教育方式

小学是学生开始文化学习的起点，也是培养学生自身文化素养和精神素养的重要教育阶段，小学生的身心以及智力的健康发展，离不开学校教育的良性干预，也离不开家庭教育的正面影响。在小学生的教育问题上，家长和教师的最终教育目的是一致的，都是为了帮助学生实现全面、综合、健康的发展。小学班主任想要提高家庭教育指导力，需要先向家长开放学校的教育，让家长更充分地了解学生的真实学习状态。例如，学校可以开展定期的家长进校观察活动，帮助学生家长直观、切实地了解和感受学校教师的教学措施和教学活动，通过科学有效的教学方式，向家长传递科学健康的教育思想理念。……
