摘要 卒中后吞咽障碍，可严重影响患者的生命质量，甚至危及患者的生命，是卒中后常见并发症之一。针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍在临床上一直发挥着重要作用，临床研究结果表明，针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍具有显著疗效，通过总结该病近5年研究进展，对该病发展及治疗过程中存在的问题进行探讨，希望能够为今后的科研或临床提供参考。现对近5年来卒中后吞咽障碍的不同针刺疗法进行总结，其中主要包括头针、康复训练、电刺激疗法、舌针、项针。

Clinical Progress of Acupuncture Treatment for Dysphagia after Storke in Recent 5 Years

Abstract Dysphagia after stroke can seriously affect the quality of life of patients，even endangers their lives，and is one of the common complications after stroke.Acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke has always played an important role in clinics.This paper summarizes the different acupuncture treatments for dysphagia after stroke in the past 5 years，including scalp acupuncture，rehabilitation training，electrical stimulation therapy，tongue，and nape needle.The results of clinical research show that acupuncture has significant curative effect on dysphagia after stroke.By summarizing the research progress of the disease in the past 5 years，the problems in the development and treatment of this disease are discussed，and it is hoped to provide reference for future research and clinical.

我国是全世界脑血管疾病死亡率最高的国家[1]，2014—2016年死因调查显示，脑血管疾病的死因占比持续上升[2]，成为我国居民第一位的致死病因。脑卒中具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率、高复发率及经济负担重的特点[3]。吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见的并发症之一，发生率高达27%～85%[4]。症状轻微的患者的可表现出饮水时呛咳以及反复发热，这可能会影响他们进食的自信。症状严重的患者甚至易诱发吸入性肺炎、误吸窒息、脱水，营养不良等，这就严重的影响了患者的生命质量，有时甚至危及患者的生命[5]。针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍在临床上一直发挥着重要作用，近年来文献研究表明针刺治疗本病临床应用广泛，疗效显著，故将针刺对卒中后吞咽障碍的临床治疗进展总结如下。
