摘 要 2018年起部分西安医学院学生与西安交通大学本校学生一起进行临床医学的理论学习及见习，为了衡量学生对内科学理论知识的掌握程度，检验教学成果以提高教学质量，通过对2015级西安交通大学和西安医学院同时参加内科学期末笔试的417位学生的试卷进行分析，西安交通大学和西安医学院学生内科学平均成绩分别为66.18？0.24分和66.8？.87分，两者比较无显著性差异。本次考试成绩较准确反映了学生实际掌握内科学理论知识的水平;通过对此次分析我们建议教师在课堂上着重强调基本知识及重点掌握内容，并对易混淆的内容讲述时做对比分析;并结合临床，以帮助学生理解和对知识的掌握。此外，我们呼吁社会减少招聘活动中的学历歧视，为青年们提供公平机会，优化人力资源配置。

Abstract Since 2018， some students of Xian Medical College and students of Xian Jiaotong University had been engaged in clinical medicine theoretical study and probation together， in order to measure the students mastery of the theoretical knowledge of internal medicine and test the teaching results to improve the quality of teaching. Through the analysis of the examination papers of 417 students who participated in the final written examination of internal medicine at the same time by Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xi'an Medical College of 2015， the results showed skewed distribution. The average scores of internal medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xi'an Medical College are 66.18？0.24 points and 66.8？.87 points， respectively. There is no significant difference between the two. The results of this exam reflect the students' actual mastery of internal medicine theoretical knowledge. We suggest that teachers emphasize basic knowledge and key content in the classroom， make a comparative analysis when telling confusing content， and combine with clinical， to help students understand and master the knowledge. In addition， we call on the society to reduce academic discrimination in recruitment activities， provide fair opportunities for young people， and optimize the allocation of human resources.

內科学是临床医学学习过程中的一门必修课程，是做好未来职业准备的大学课程中最核心的基础课程之一。学生学习内科学基本知识和技能，注重理论结合实际，是整个临床医学的基础。[1]同时，西安交通大学与西安医学院签署框架协议——在西安医学院设立临床医学本科实验班，西安交通大学全方位支持西安医学院人才培养和教学科研等各项工作，实验班的学生与西安交通大学本校学生一起进行临床医学的理论学习及见习。2018学年共309位西安交通大学学生和119位西安医学院学生参加内科学的理论及见习学习。……
