摘 要 积极心理学致力于研究人类的美德和各种积极力量，提倡以一种正向积极的心态来面对各种心理现象与问题，以激发个人内在的积极力量和优秀品质为目标。积极心理学与思政教育同属“人”性学科，具有相通之处。将积极心理学的理念与方法引入思政育人全过程，创设积极环境，构建积极情境体验，激发积极情绪。运用积极教育的手段与方式，挖掘并培育听障大学生的积极品质，培养健全人格，从而实现扩展思政育人的有效路径。

Abstract Positive psychology is committed to the study of human virtues and various positive forces， and advocates to face various psychological phenomena and problems with a positive attitude. It aims to stimulate the internal positive power and excellent qualities of individuals. Both positive psychology and ideological and political education are disciplines studying "human"， and they have something in common. This paper introduces the ways of ideological education under the perspective of positive psychology. Introducing the concept and method of positive psychology into the whole process of ideological and political education can help create positive environment， construct positive situational experience and stimulate positive emotions. The ways and methods of positive education can be used to cultivate positive qualities and sound personalities of the deaf college students， which may effectively enrich the ways of ideological education， can be enriched by using the means and methods of positive education.

1 關于积极品质（品格优势/积极力量）

“积极心理学之父” 马丁 塞利格曼（Martin E.P.Seligman）将积极心理学分为三个研究领域，即积极的主观体验（幸福或满足）、积极的人格特质（品格优势或天赋）、积极的社会组织系统（家庭或工作单位），三者并称为积极心理学的三大支柱。随着积极心理学的快速发展，对于积极情绪、积极品格的研究也在学术界广泛出现。塞利格曼教授在《积极心理学导论》一文中提出了“积极人格特质”（ positive personal trait）一词，同时还使用了“积极品德”（positive quality）一词，并认为“积极人格品质”是由主观幸福感、乐观、快乐和自决等构成。[1]2000 年7 月，美国著名心理学家克里斯托弗 皮特森（Christopher Peterson）带领着研究者们从大量文献著作及研究列表中总结出了两百种人类美德，并在此基础上总结了各种文化都认可的 6 种美德，包括智慧、勇气、爱、正义、节制和卓越。……
