摘 要 目的：探讨多维度互动式教学模式在临床肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年1月～2020年12月于我院肿瘤科接受规范化培训的100名实习学生（本硕连读硕士及5年制本科学生）作为教学对象，随机分为两组，每组各50人。对照组采用常规模式教学，观察组以多学科、多形式协作模式进行教学，统计和对比教学后两组学员理论成绩、临床实操成绩及对教学满意度，分析和总结学生经过不同模式教学后专业能力的提升水平。结果：观察组实操成绩及理论成绩得分均高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组对教学满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：多维互动教学模式能有效提高临床肿瘤学专业学生的教学质量和学生的综合素质。

Abstract Objective： To explore the application of multidimensional interactive teaching model in clinical teaching of oncology. Methods A total of 100 students in oncology （master's degree students and 5-year undergraduate students） who received standardized training in oncology in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the teaching objects and randomly divided into two groups， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was taught in the conventional teaching mode， while the observation group was taught in the multi-disciplinary and multi-form cooperative teaching mode. Results The scores of practical performance and theoretical performance in observation group were higher than those in control group （P < 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of teaching in observation group was higher than that in control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The multi-dimensional interactive teaching model can effectively improve the clinical students teaching quality of Oncology and the comprehensive quality of students.

隨着时代的发展，恶性肿瘤的发生率逐年升高，严重威胁人类的健康，因而肿瘤的防治与治疗占据着重要的位置。恶性肿瘤的发展是一个动态变化的过程，其治疗更强调肿瘤细胞的分子生物行为，肿瘤病理与影像特点以及患者的身心健康状态等等。因此，这对传统的肿瘤学教学是一个巨大的挑战。传统的肿瘤学教学重点强调的是肿瘤的特征、肿瘤的治疗手段，忽视了其他治疗手段对肿瘤的影响，缺少与其他学科的有机结合。实际上肿瘤学是临床医学的重要组成部分，包含外科、内科和放射治疗学等数类学科，其综合性较强、知识跨度较广、学习难度较高。为此，探讨如何不断完善和优化教学内容对于促进肿瘤学科发展有重要意义。就目前整体情况而言，肿瘤学的教学情况并不理想，据调查显示，[1]目前我国大部分医院及医学院校对肿瘤学的教学仍局限于单一理论和实操的教学。……
