摘 要 教师是教书育人过程的关键环节，是立德树人，为人师表的关键要素。教师素养如何决定着教育的质量，也决定着新时代高等教育质量和建设文化强国、教育强国、人才强国等一系列重大发展战略的水平。教师素养需要根据时代的发展而不断学习和提升。充分运用数智资源提高高校思政课教师的素养，需要从顶层设计到底层实施、从组织保障到个人学习、从数智思维到数智技术等方面连贯推动，形成系统，构建路径，持续学习，才能有效提高思政课的针对性和实效性。

Abstract Teachers are the key link in the process of teaching and educating people， and the key element of establishing morality， cultivating people and being a teacher. How teachers' quality determines the quality of education， and also determines the quality of higher education in the new era and the level of a series of major development strategies such as building a cultural power， an educational power and a talent power. Teachers' quality needs to be constantly studied and improved according to the development of the times. To make full use of digital intelligence resources to improve the quality of Ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities， we need to promote from top-level design to bottom-level implementation， from organizational guarantee to personal learning， from digital intelligence thinking to digital intelligence technology， etc.， form a system， build a path， and continue learning， so as to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political courses.

在党的十九届五中全会关于二〇三五年远景目标的一系列规划中，明确提出“建成文化强国、教育强国、人才强国、体育强国、健康中国，国民素质和社会文明程度达到新高度，国家文化软实力显著增强”的发展目标，这都是攸关中华民族伟大复兴的基础性系列重大工程。要建成文化强国、教育强国和人才强国，除了政策支持和教育经费的持续投入之外，还与教师素养的持续提升密不可分，这是实现教育高质量发展的关键要素。在2019年思想政治理论课教师座谈会上，习近平总书记提出的“六个要”理念，[1]就蕴含着对思政课教师素养的基本要求，思想深刻，目标清晰，内涵丰富。

1 数智资源促进了新时代教育模式的创新发展

大数据与人工智能等新兴科学技术的颠覆创新与突破发展，在加快促进社会经济发展及人文社會科学等各领域加速创新迭代的同时，也激发了教育教学模式的颠覆变革，推动人才培养模式的创新演变和数智资源的深度融合。……
