摘要 中医药传入日本后，经过漫长的历史进程和社会实践，逐渐形成了具有日本特色的汉方药产业。日本重视汉方药产业的发展，目前已经建立了完善的汉方药研发、生产、质量和销售管理体系。目前日本汉方药产品受到了国际上的好评，在国际中医药市场占有重要地位。目前我国的中医药产业开发和产品质量管理与日本还有很大差距，需要学习和借鉴日本的经验，吸取日本汉方药管理的优势，以促进我国中医药事业的发展。本文通过收集和阅读日本汉方药产业管理相关的文献并进行概述，旨在为我国中医药产业的发展提供参考。

Overview of the Current Situation of Japanese Herbal Medicine Industry Management

Abstract After the introduction of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）into Japan，after a long history and social practice，the Kampo industry with Japanese characteristics has gradually formed.Japan attaches great importance to the development of the Kampo industry，and has now established a sound management system for research and development，production，quality and sales of Kampo.At present，the Japanese Kampo product has received international acclaim and has an important position in the international TCM market.At present，China′s TCM industry development and product quality management still have a big gap with Japan.It is necessary to learn from Japan′s experience and learn from the advantages of Japanese Kampo medicine management to promote the development of TCM.This paper aims to provide a reference for the development of China′s traditional Kampo industry by collecting and reading the literature related to the management of Kampo in Japan.

中医药传入日本，并与日本的社会文化逐渐融合。到了17世纪，日本十分重视研究《伤寒杂病论》[1]。现在日本使用的方剂大多为书中原方，故称为汉方药[2]。汉方药在日本后得到了快速发展，特别是在20世纪60年代之后，由于日本社会老龄化问题的不断加剧，民众对汉方药的需求日益增加，日本政府采取了一系列促进汉方药发展壮大的措施，汉方药进入了蓬勃发展时期。目前，日本国内对汉方药的欢迎和认可度不断增强，汉方药的年销售额不断增加，且正在向食品、日用品等多个领域发展[3]，已经成为日本传统汉方医学体系中的临床治疗和家庭保健药物，在日本社会中具有广阔的市场和重要的地位。……
