摘要：无线物联网体温监护系统是一种用于病患体温实时监测的系统，包括病房体温采集终端，病区计算机监控中心和医院计算机数据中心服务器。通过给每位病人佩戴体温采集标签，由标签周期性地采集并上报体温数据，实现对发热留观病区患者体温的连续监测，出现异常自动提示并报警，以减轻发热留观病区护士手工体温采集的工作量及准确性。在解决采集病人体温费时费力的同时，降低了医护人员与病人交叉感染的风险，降低了人力资源成本，提高了工作效率。

Absrtact： the temperature monitoring system of wireless Internet of things is a kind of system for real-time monitoring of patient's temperature， including ward temperature acquisition terminal， ward computer monitoring center and hospital computer data center server. By wearing the temperature collection label for each patient， the label periodically collects and reports the temperature data， so as to realize the continuous monitoring of the temperature of the patients in the fever observation ward， automatically prompt and alarm if there is any abnormality， so as to reduce the workload and accuracy of the manual temperature collection of the nurses in the fever observation ward. It can reduce the risk of cross infection between medical staff and patients， reduce the cost of human resources and improve work efficiency.

一、背景和意义

2020年初，新型冠状病毒肺炎席卷全球。“病毒猎手”—传染病学专家利普金更是预测：“新型冠肺炎很可能会像流感一样每年都与我们在一起”。2020年1月23日中央宣布武汉全面进入战时状态，实行战时措施，坚决遏制疫情蔓延。2020年7月16日零时新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市启动应急预案，宣布乌鲁木齐市进入战时状态，着力切断传播途径，对确诊病例进行严密的流行病学调查，持续追根溯源，对其密切接触者进行全面排查并落实医学观察措施。新冠肺炎感染者所表现的临床症状中，“发热”是一个辨识度较高的关键症状，因此对发热病人体温的检测是防疫工作中的一个重要环节。
