【摘    要】在我国教育体制不断完善的过程中，农村教学点的设立有效地解决了偏远地区学生上学难的问题。但是在具体的教学、教研实践中，由于地理条件以及师资力量等多种因素的制约，农村教学点在教研方面存在着一系列的问题。因此这就需要“教学点数字教育资源全覆盖”项目的建设，使农村教学点的教研活动在信息技术的支持下得到有效的创新与完善，以此推进广大农村教育事业的发展。

Research on the Teaching and Research Mode of Rural Teaching Point Teachers Under the Support of Information Technology

【Abstract】In the process of continuous improvement of China's education system， the establishment of rural teaching points effectively solves the problem of students' difficulty in going to school in remote areas. But in the specific teaching and research practice， due to the geographical conditions and teachers and other factors， there are a series of problems in the teaching and research of rural teaching points. Therefore， it is necessary to construct the project of "full coverage of digital education resources of teaching points"， so that the teaching and research activities of rural teaching points can be effectively innovated and improved with the support of information technology， so as to promote the development of rural education.

在我國广大的农村地区，一部分地区地处偏远、人口稀少，不具备学校建立的条件。为有效地解决当地孩子上学难的问题，国家在这部分偏远地区设置了小规模的不完全学校——农村教学点，农村教学点的设置在义务教育普及以及农村地区教育事业发展方面发挥着非常重要的意义与作用。但是由于农村教学点地处偏僻、信息闭塞、师资力量薄弱，教师在进行教研的过程中，常常会遇到一系列的问题与困难。因此，需要教育部门积极地进行“教学点数字教育资源全覆盖”项目的推进，并通过相关教研培训活动的开展，使教学点的教师通过现代信息技术手段的运用，进行先进教学理念、丰富教学资源的学习与利用，实现教师教研水平及能力的提升，促进农村教育事业的有效发展。

一、农村教学点教师教研过程中存在的问题

（一）地理条件制约了教研水平的提升
