【摘    要】班级管理工作千头万绪，任何一个细节的疏忽都可能导致一次重大事故的发生，所以班级管理工作事无巨细，需要班主任时时刻刻去跟进管理。从学校的德育工作到家校联合教育，都是班级管理工作的内容。班级管理重在班级风气的建设，良好的班级风气可以让学生养成一个良好的学习习惯，好的班级风气可以营造一个安静的学习环境，让学生能够刻苦学习文化知识。家校沟通也是班级管理的一种方式，更是教育学生的渠道，往往好的家校联合教育，能够使学生有非常大的进步。班主任工作千头万绪，需要静下心来仔细研究，认真总结，才能有所建树。

【Abstract】Class management is intricate， and any negligence of details may lead to a major accident. Therefore， the class management work is not detailed and requires the class teacher to follow up the management at all times. From school moral education to home-school joint education， it is the content of class management. Class management focuses on the construction of class atmosphere. A good class atmosphere allows students to develop a good study habit， and a good class atmosphere can create a quiet learning environment so that students can study cultural knowledge hard. Home-school communication is also a way of class management， and it is also a channel for educating students. Often a good home-school joint education can make students make great progress. The work of the class teacher is very complicated， and you need to calm down to study carefully and summarize carefully in order to make a difference.

一、班级管理重在班级风气的建设

班级管理，首先学校要在基于本校的实际基础之上，构建基于班级风气的多方面制度，比如班级学习风气，班主任责任制度的落实情况，班级综合考核成绩等，将班级风气作为多方面的重要指标，比如年度考核、岗位聘用、职称晋升、评优评先，在协调统一过程中落实各项行之有效的措施，开展丰富多彩的班级风气建设活动，在实践过程中深化反思、分析、总结班级风气建设，改进、强化的同时最大化提高班级风气建设的实效性。在此过程中，学校可以定期开展班级风气建设的问卷调查活动，教师、学生、家長都是问卷调查涉及的主体，在设置、发放、回收问卷调查的基础上进行有效统计分析，全面深入把握各阶段班级风气建设具体情况，对明确呈现的问题，共同探讨分析的同时，提出合理化建议措施，优化调整班风建设工作的内容、方法。……
