【摘要】 目的：探討子宫内膜异位症患者应用丹归逐瘀汤治疗对其内分泌激素含量及免疫因子水平的影响。方法：选取2018年8月-2020年1月本院收治的122例子宫内膜异位症患者。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组61例和研究组61例。对照组应用常规药物治疗，研究组应用丹归逐瘀汤治疗。对比两组在应用不同方法治疗后对内分泌激素含量及免疫因子水平的影响，分析其治疗效果。结果：治疗后，两组的LH、FSH、P水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后，研究组T、PRL水平均低于对照组，E2水平高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组C3、C4、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CPR水平均低于对照组，IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在子宫内膜异位症的治疗中，应用丹归逐瘀汤，能够更好改善患者的内分泌激素含量及免疫因子水平，进而提高治疗效果，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Effect of Danguizhuyu Decoction on the Level of Endocrine Hormone and Immune Factor in Patients with Endometriosis/WANG Chunhuan， JIANG Deyou. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（14）： 0-103

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Danguizhuyu Decoction on the level of endocrine hormone and immune factor in patients with endometriosis. Method： A total of 122 endometriosis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into control group 61 cases and study group 61 cases by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional drugs， and the study group was treated with Danguizhuyu Decoction. The effects of different treatment methods on the levels of endocrine hormones and immune factors in the two groups were compared， and the therapeutic effects were analyzed. Result： After treatment， there were no significant differences in the levels of LH， FSH and P between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， T and PRL levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and E2 levels were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of C3， C4， IL-6， TNF-α and hs-CPR in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and the levels of IgG， IgA and IgM were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of endometriosis， the application of Danguizhuyu Decoction can better improve the endocrine hormone content and immune factor level of patients， and further improve the therapeutic effect， which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.

子宫内膜异位症是育龄期女性常见的疾病，指具有生长功能的内膜细胞组织在子宫腔、宫体肌层外的部位出现并生长，从而引发疼痛、不孕、结节包块等[1]。达那唑是一种促性腺激素抑制药，被广泛应用于子宫内膜异位症的治疗，但是其药物反应较大，且停药后疾病容易复发，导致整体的效果并不是很理想[2]。中医认为，子宫内膜异位症的范畴为“血瘀证”，其为基本病因病机，因此在治疗上应该以活血化瘀为根本[3]。本院在子宫内膜异位症的治疗中，应用丹归逐瘀汤治疗取得满意效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2018年8月-2020年1月本院收治的122例子宫内膜异位症患者。（1）纳入标准：①符合《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中对子宫内膜异位症的诊断标准;②肝肾等器官无功能异常;③1个月内未接受干预试验且未正在接受其他方法治疗。（2……
