摘  要：随着电商平台的迅速发展，供应链金融系统中空转风险开始加剧。文章通过构建电商平台供应链金融三方博弈模型，研究空转风险规避策略，并进行了算例分析。研究结果表明：在引入第三方物流企业后，供应链金融各参与主体的交易成本降低，期望收益提高。另外，银行提供中等程度资助、电商平台增强信息共享程度是促使三者博弈趋于渐进稳定的重要条件与方法。

Abstract： With the rapid development of e-commerce platform， the risk of idling in the supply chain financial system has become more and more serious. In this paper， a tripartite game model of supply chain finance on the e-commerce platform is constructed to study the idling risk avoidance strategy， and an example is analyzed. The results show that after the introduction of third-party logistics enterprises， the transaction costs of each participant in supply chain finance are reduced and the expected income is increased. In addition， it is important conditions and methods to promote the gradual stability of the game between the three parties that the bank provides moderate financial support and the e-commerce platform enhances the degree of information sharing.

0  引  言

随着区块链、互联网、大数据等技术的飞速发展，供应链金融开始由线下型、零散型、延迟等待型向线上型、集成型、实时型发展。第42次中国互联网发展状况统计报告指出，截至2018年12月，我国网民规模为8.29亿，全年新增网民5 653万，互联网普及率达59.6%，较2017年底提升3.8%[1]。网民数量剧增使得“互联网+”运作方式更为普及，这给电商平台供应链金融运作模式带来了很多机会。

供应链金融是指银行围绕核心企业，管理上下游中小企业的资金流和物流，并通过各种授信方式将贷款资金发放给供应链中的中小贷款企业的一种金融服务[2]。近年来，学者們通过契约设计[3]，激励机制研究[4]，法律法规制定[5]等方式，对供应链金融运作中信用风险（Credit risks）、操作风险（Operational risk）、道德风险（Ethical risk）[6]等进行了较为有效的防控。但随着网络经济的不断发展，一种新型风险——空转风险开始形成[7]。空转风险是指资金脱实向虚，只在金融体系内自我循环，并未流入实体，这类风险在电商平台供应链金融系统的实际运作中极易存在。……
