摘  要：物流业对地区经济的发展起着越来越重要的作用，自贸区的建立对物流业的促进作用是有目共睹的，我国2013年成立第一个自由贸易试验区，到2020年，一共建立21个自贸试验区。文章从湖南省物流业发展现状出发，通过SWOT法分析物流业在自贸区建设背景下的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁，通过对各因素的分析，探索出适合湖南省物流业发展的战略，为物流业的进一步走出去提供借鉴意义。

Abstract： The logistics industry is playing an increasingly important role in the development of regional economy. The establishment of free trade zone plays a significant role in promoting the logistics industry. The first pilot free trade zone was established in 2013， and a total of 21 pilot free trade zones will be established by 2020. Starting from the current situation of the development of logistics industry in Hunan province， this paper analyzes the strengths， weaknesses， opportunities and threats of logistics industry under the background of the construction of free trade zone by SWOT method. Through the analysis of various factors， this paper explores the strategies suitable for the development of logistics industry in Hunan province， so as to provide reference for the further development of logistics industry.

伴随着经济全球化的进展，我国工业化程度不断加快，物流业呈现稳中进步的趋势，自贸区为物流业的发展提供新的平台。十四五规划中多次提及物流业，对物流业未来的发展做了详细的探索。2020年9月21日，湖南加入了自由贸易试验区的队伍，这为湖南经济的发展提供了新的生机，与此同时，湖南省物流业的发展也迎来了新的方向。物流业与经济的发展是相互作用的，物流业本身就包含很多行业，是全球化的重要组成部分。

1  自由贸易区相关概念及湖南自贸试验区的建立

1.1  自由贸易区的概念
