摘  要：文章介绍了毕节试验区农产品电子商务、农产品电商物流发展的基本现状，深入分析了阻碍毕节试验区农产品电商物流发展的制约因素，围绕优化毕节试验区农产品电商物流发展这一主题，通过对发展现状、制约因素等进行深入分析，探索毕节试验区农产品电商物流发展的有效路径。

Abstract： This essay introduces the current status of agricultural e-commerce and its logistics development in Bijie Pilot Area and further analyzes the obstacles that stands in the way of the logistics development. The focus of this essay is the optimization of logistics in agricultural e-commerce in Bijie Pilot Area. Through in-depth analysis of the current status and constraints， this essay explores the effective path for the development of e-commerce logistics for agricultural products in Bijie Pilot Area.

互聯网、电子商务飞速发展的今天，农产品电商迎来了发展的好时机，同时农产品电商物流业作为配套行业也获得了较大发展机会。为了给农产品电商物流业提供良好的发展政策环境，贵州省相继出台了《贵州省人民政府办公厅关于加快发展现代物流业的若干意见》、《贵州省推进电子商务与快递物流协同发展实施方案》等文件。目前毕节试验区各县在建及已建成的农产品种植基地达100余个，随着这些种植基地的投入运营，预计各种植基地年农产品出口量约达68万吨，毕节试验区的农产品产量将大幅提升，进一步提高了对农产品电子商务物流的需求和要求。

1  毕节试验区农产品电商物流的基本情况

1.1  毕节试验区农产品电子商务现状

目前毕节试验区电商企业已超700家，从业人员超8 000人。全市共有7个县级电子商务产业园区，目前入驻了138家企业;农村电商服务站点共有2 131个。随着毕节电商市场的成熟，逐渐形成了一些有一定影响……
