摘  要：服务质量是商贸物流长远发展的根本。在建设海南自贸港的历史机遇下，海南商贸物流有着地理优势、政策优势，市场稳步增长的特点，但存在着市场竞争力弱、智慧化程度较低、市场需求满足程度不高、商贸物流人员服务意识和技能有待提高等问题，因此需要通过健全海南自贸港建设下商贸物流服务质量监管体系、提升商贸物流的智慧化程度、提高商贸物流服务质量对市场需求的满足度、提高海南商贸物流人才素质、打造商贸物流信息共享平台等措施，使海南商贸物流业得以满足海南自贸港建设的需要，并在海南自贸港建设中升级革新。

Abstract： Service quality is the foundation of long-term development of commercial logistics. In the context of the construction of Hainan free trade port， commercial logistics in Hainan enjoys geographical advantages and policy advantages， which contribute to steady market growth. But in the meantime， there are also problems such as weak market competitiveness， low degree of intelligence， low market demand satisfaction degree， and poor service awareness and skills of commercial logisticians. Therefore， it is necessary to complete the service quality supervision system， improve the degree of intelligence， market demand satisfaction degree， commercial logisticians' quality of commercial logistics and create a commercial logistics information sharing platform under the construction of Hainan free trade port， so that commercial logistics industry in Hainan can satisfy the needs of Hainan free trade port and upgrades and innovates during the construction of Hainan free trade port.

近年來，随着线上购物的日益成熟，电子网络零售额的爆发，物流行业发展快速，并成为国民经济的基础性、先导性产业。物流业是链接生产者和消费者的桥梁，是集仓储、信息技术等为一体的综合性服务业，本质属于服务业，服务质量的优劣已经成为物流企业的核心竞争力。而商贸物流特指与批发、零售、住宿、餐饮、居民服务等商贸服务业及进口贸易相关的物流服务活动①。其服务水平质量的高低主要体现在商贸物流相关企业在向客户提供运输、配送、仓储保管等服务时，是否够安全、够及时，以保证满足客户对商贸物流服务质量的要求。服务质量是商贸物流企业赢得市场、长远发展的根本。在建设海南自由贸易港的历史机遇下，海南各行各业面临着新的机遇与挑战，海南商贸物流应抓住机遇，迎接挑战，优化商贸物流服务质量，提高海南商贸物流的流通效率、降低物流成本，积极助推海南自由贸易港的建设。……
