摘要 目的：觀察养心定悸胶囊治疗心律失常的疗效及对中医证候积分、室性早搏的影响。方法：选取2016年3月至2018年3月河北省石家庄市中医院心病科心律失常存在室性早搏且中医辨证属气阴两虚型的患者107例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（n=56）和对照组（n=51），对照组给予西医常规抗心律失常治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予养心定悸胶囊。观察2组疗效及中医证候积分、室性早搏的变化情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率为92.86%，显著性高于对照组82.35%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组胸闷、心悸、气短、乏力、头晕、口干积分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗1周、1个月2组各症状积分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组室性早搏发生次数比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗1周、1个月2组室性早搏发生次数比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：养心定悸胶囊可显著提高心律失常的临床疗效，能显著改善临床症状及抑制室性早搏发生。

Effects of Yangxin Dingji Capsule on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Patients with Ventricular Premature Beat

Abstract Objective：To observe the effect of Yangxin Dingxi Capsule in treating arrhythmia and its influence on traditional Chinese medicine score and ventricular premature beats.Methods：A total of 107 cases of qi and yin deficiency patients with arrhythmias accompanying ventricular premature beats were randomly divided into an observation group（56 cases）and a control group（51 cases）.The control group was given conventional antiarrhythmic treatment of Western Medicine，and the observation group was given Yangxin Dingji Capsule based on the conventional treatment.We observed the changes of the efficacy and TCM syndrome score and ventricular premature beat between the 2 groups.Results：1）The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.35%）.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; 2）the syndrome scores of chest tightness，palpitation，shortness of breath，fatigue，dizziness and dry mouth between the 2 groups had significant differences（P<0.05），there were statistically significant differences in the scores of symptoms between the 2 groups after treatment for 1 week and 1 month（P<0.05）; 3）The frequency of ventricular premature beat between the 2 groups had significant differences（P<0.05）.com

paring the frequency of premature ventricular contractions between the 2 groups of treatment for 1 week and 1 month，the difference was statistically different; 4）There were not statistical differences in adverse reaction between the 2 groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Yangxin Dingji Capsule can improve the clinical efficacy of arrhythmia，and significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of ventricular premature beats.

心律失常是临床常见心血管疾病，主要表现为胸闷气短、头晕头痛等症状，严重影响患者日常生活，而其又能诱发血流动力学异常，是心力衰竭、脑卒中发生的重要危险因素，增加了病死率，故有效控制心律失常对提高患者生命质量、改善预后有积极的意义[1]。目前，临床多用诸如胺碘酮、美托洛尔等抗心律失常药物控制病情[2]，但均不能完全满足临床需要，而联合应用中医药被证明是提高临床疗效、改善预后的有效措施。养心定悸胶囊是的传统方剂炙甘草汤的改进剂型，但目前对其治疗心律失常的报道并不多见。本研究观察其对该类患者临床疗效及中医证候积分、室性早搏的影响，可为临床应用提供参考。现……
