摘要 目的：观察滋肾养肝化瘀颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型乙肝肝硬化临床疗效。方法：选取2015年7月至2018年7月山东中医药大学附属日照市中医医院收治的肝肾阴虚型乙肝肝硬化患者110例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组55例，对照组服用乙肝养阴活血颗粒，观察组服用滋肾养肝化瘀颗粒，2组均治疗6个月，治疗前后观察患者肝纤维化五项、肝脏硬度。结果：治疗后观察组PCⅢ、C-Ⅳ、HA水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组LSM检测值低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：滋肾养肝化瘀颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型乙肝肝硬化具有较好的抗肝纤维化及肝硬化效果。

Effect of Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules on Hepatic Fibrosis Indexes in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules in treating hepatitis B cirrhosis of the deficiency of yin of liver and kidney.Methods：A total of 110 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the deficiency of yin of liver and kidney were divided into an observation group （n=55） and a control group （n=55） randomly.The patients in observation group were treated with Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules，and the patients in the control group were treated with Yinyin Yanggan Huoxue Granules.6 months of a course.The changes of hepatic fibrosis 4 and liver stiffness measurement（LSM） were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results：The levels of PC III and C-IV in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment （P<0.01），the LSM detection value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.01）.Conclusion：Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules have better anti-hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis effect.

乙型肝炎肝硬化是我国常见病、多发病，若不积极治疗可进展至失代偿期，并出现多种并发症或发展成肝癌从而危及患者生命。本疾病导致的严重后果已引起国内外医学工作者的高度关注，肝纤维化和早期肝硬化具有可逆性，早期积极抗肝纤维化治疗对逆转肝硬化，减少疾病进展和并发症的发生和改变整个疾病的病程发展具有重要意义。但因目前现代医学尚无抗肝纤维化的行之有效的临床药物，而近年来中医药治疗肝纤维化及肝硬化的疗效已日益引起人们的重视，笔者在中医学辨证论治与辨病论治理论指导下，结合现代医学研究成果，反复筛选组方药物，组成复方中药制剂滋肾养肝化瘀颗粒，在治疗肝肾阴虚型乙型肝炎肝硬化患者中取得了满意的临床疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
