【摘要】 目的：探究彩色多普勒超聲在乳腺癌中的应用效果及对疾病分期的检查价值。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年3月172例乳腺肿块患者，86例乳腺癌患者为观察组，86例乳腺良性肿块患者为对照组。比较两组的血流分级构成及血流参数（PSV、EDV及RI），比较观察组中不同疾病分期者的上述检测结果，采用Spearman秩相关分析上述指标与疾病分期的关系。结果：两组血流分级构成比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组各项血流参数均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组中不同疾病分期者的血流分级构成及各项血流参数比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;疾病分期较高者的血流分级和各项血流参数均高于分期较低者，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Spearman秩相关分析显示，血流分级及血流参数（PSV、EDV及RI）均与乳腺癌的疾病分期呈现正相关（P<0.05）。结论：彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌中的应用效果较好，且对疾病分期有积极的反应作用，因此在乳腺癌患者中的应用价值较高。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the on the application effect of color doppler ultrasound in the patients with breast cancer and examination value for disease stages. Method： A total of 172 patients with breast mass from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected， including 86 patients with breast cancer as the observation group and 86 patients with benign breast mass as the control group. The blood flow grading composition and blood flow parameters （PSV， EDV and RI） of the two groups were compared， and the above test results of patients with different disease stages in the observation group were compared. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the above indexes and disease stages. Result： There was statistical significance in the blood flow grading composition between the two groups （P<0.05）. All blood flow parameters in the observation group were higher than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. In the observation group， there were statistically significant differences in the blood flow grading composition and all blood flow parameters among different disease stages （P<0.05）. The blood flow grading and all blood flow parameters of patients with higher disease stage were higher than those of patients with lower disease stage， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that blood flow grading and blood flow parameters （PSV， EDV and RI） were positively correlated with the disease stage of breast cancer （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application effect of color doppler ultrasound in the patients with breast cancer is better，and it has a positive response effect on disease stages， so its application value in the patients with breast cancer is higher.

乳腺癌是临床常见恶性肿瘤，关于此类患者的诊治研究一直是临床重点，各类检查方式在乳腺癌中的应用研究多见，彩色多普勒超声作为在乳腺癌中应用率较高的检查方式，其对于乳腺癌的检查价值，尤其是对于疾病分级的诊断价值一直是研究争议较大的方面[1-2]。另外，彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良恶性病灶的鉴别效果也是研究的热点，临床现存研究结果差异显著，且有研究认为其在此方面的鉴别意义不大[3-4]。因此，本研究就彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌中的应用效果及对疾病分期的检查价值进行探究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2018年1月-2019年3月172例乳腺肿块患者。纳入标准：（1）20岁及以上女性;（2）均经病理学确诊;（3）单侧病灶。排除标准：（1）认知或精神障碍;（2）妊娠期及哺乳期。86例乳腺癌患者为观察组，86例乳腺良性肿块患者为对照组。本研究经医院伦理委员会批准，患者均知情同意。
