【摘要】 目的：观察精细化护理管理在牙体牙髓病患者疾病认知与口腔相关生存质量改善中的作用。方法：选取2018年3月-2019年2月在本院进行常规护理管理的51例牙体牙髓病患者为对照组，2019年3月-2020年2月在本院进行精细化护理管理的51例患者为观察组。比较两组护理管理前后的疾病认知度、口腔健康相关指标、不适感程度（VAS评分）及口腔相关生存质量（OHIP-14量表）评分。结果：护理管理前，两组的疾病认知度、口腔健康相关指标、不适感程度、OHIP-14量表评分比较，差异均无统计学意義（P>0.05）。护理管理1、2周后，观察组的疾病认知度均显著高于对照组，口腔健康相关指标、不适感程度、各项OHIP-14量表评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：精细化护理管理可显著提升牙体牙髓病患者的疾病认知，改善患者的口腔相关生存质量，在牙体牙髓病患者中的应用价值较高。

Observation on the Effect of Meticulous Nursing Management in the Improvement of Disease Cognition and Oral Related Life Quality of Patients with Dental Pulp Disease/HU Junhai， BAO Lidao. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（13）： 0-097

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of meticulous nursing management in the improvement of disease cognition and oral related life quality of patients with dental pulp disease. Method： A total of 51 patients with dental pulp disease who received routine nursing management in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group， and 51 patients who received meticulous nursing management in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group. The disease awareness， oral health-related indicators， degree of discomfort （VAS score） and oral related quality of life （OHIP-14 scale） scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing management. Result： Before nursing management， there were no significant differences in disease awareness， oral health-related indicators， degree of discomfort and OHIP-14 scale scores between the two groups （P>0.05）. After 1 and 2 weeks of nursing management， the disease awareness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the oral health-related indexes， discomfort degree and all OHIP-14 scale scores were significantly lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Meticulous nursing management can significantly enhance the disease awareness of patients with dental pulp disease， improve the oral related quality of life of patients， and has high application value in patients with dental pulp disease.

牙体牙髓病在临床极为常见，与本病相关的研究显示，除积极有效的治疗干预措施外，患者的日常护理管理及干预也是对其疾病治疗、口腔保健认识及行为影响较大的方面，因此对本类患者进行护理管理干预的需求不断提升[1-2]。而不同的护理管理模式效果差异显著，因此找到更为有效地提升患者疾病认知度的模式是评估重点。精细化护理管理模式更为重视对患者护理管理细节的优化，因此更为契合患者不断提升的护理质量需求[3-5]。本研究就精细化护理管理在牙体牙髓病患者疾病认知与口腔相关生存质量改善中的作用进行观察分析，以了解精细化护理管理在本类患者中的综合应用价值，现报道如下。
