摘   要： 随着新课改的不断深入改革，我国对于初中課堂的教学目标提出了更高的标准和要求，尤其是初中数学。新课改中明确提出让学生成为课堂的主体，而不是处于一种被动接受知识的角色。教师在课堂中要做好一个引导者，通过有效的课堂教育吸引学生学习的兴趣，提高学生学习数学的能力。挖掘学生积极自主学习的能力是初中数学教师的一种共识和目标。挖掘学生积极主动学习就需要提高初中数学教育的有效性。有效的教学模式可以引导学生找到学习的兴趣，从而主动的进行学习。数学是一门思维逻辑比较强的科目，所以对于学生的思维逻辑能力要求较高。数学老师需要在教学的课堂中根据学生的课堂反馈不断的调整教学模式，从中找到最有效的教学模式。本文通过对初中学生教师的教学方式进行调查分析，探讨不同的教学模式达到的效果，从以下几个方面探讨初中数学课堂教学的有效策略。

——On the Effective Strategies of Mathematics Teaching in Junior Middle School

【Abstract】Due to the gradual deepening and development of new curriculum reforms，my country has put forward higher requirements for junior middle school mathematics.Among them，it is clearly stated that students should be the main body of the classroom.Teachers must not only be good guides in the classroom，but also Introduce students into learning through effective teaching methods，thereby improving students' math learning ability.It has become a consensus and pursuit of junior high school mathematics teachers to tap students' ability to learn actively and independently with students as the goal.Regardless of the stage，the subject of mathematics always has very high requirements for students' logical thinking ability.Therefore，mathematics teachers must constantly change the teaching methods during the teaching process and choose the most effective teaching method.This article combines teachers' multi-faceted teaching experience and discusses effective strategies for junior middle school math classroom teaching from the following points.

在新课改的深化改革中，教师需要通过不断的对教学方式进行创新和对课堂结构进行优化，来提高初中数学课堂的教学效率，激发学生的学习积极性。在课堂上将学生作为主体，不断的引导学生主动学习的积极性，提高学生的思维逻辑能力。在初中数学的教学过程中，良好的课堂氛围有助于学生更好的掌握课堂上的知识，提高课堂效率。……
