摘  要：幼儿整体年龄偏小，他们的智力以及能力都处于初期的发展和启蒙过程中，这个时候的幼儿教学变得更加重要和关键。而幼儿教学的主要实施者是老师和家长，在整个教学过程中老师以及家长要积极的引导幼儿养成良好的学习习惯、提升个人能力，进而才能够为以后的学习和成长打下坚实可靠的基础。因此，幼儿教师要积极进行教学模式的创新，构建家园一体化的新教学模式。本文主要对如何更好的做好幼儿园家园共育进行了分析，并且提出了一些建设性的意见。

Research on the Effective Strategies of Kindergarten Home co Education

【Abstract】Children's overall age is small，their intelligence and ability are in the early development and enlightenment process，this time of early childhood teaching becomes more important and key.The main implementers of early childhood teaching are teachers and parents.In the whole teaching process，teachers and parents should actively guide children to develop good learning habits and improve their personal ability，so as to lay a solid and reliable foundation for future learning and growth.Therefore，preschool teachers should actively carry out the innovation of teaching mode and build a new teaching mode of home integration.This paper mainly analyzes how to do a better job of kindergarten home education，and puts forward some constructive suggestions.

在新的教育背景之下，學前教育工作需要及时的变革升级，要将家园共育作为整个未来改革创新工作的基础，有效的将学前教育变革等渗透到家园共育教学中，在整个活动开展过程中要坚持合作、平等、尊重的准则，有效的引导家长深入到家园教育中，让家长的引导作用发挥到极致，老师在整个过程中要科学的发挥出引导者的作用，正确的引导家长开展教育。

1.及时的转变传统的教学思想意识和观念等，意识到家庭教育在幼儿成长过程中发挥的重要价值

有许多的家长会片面的认为教育工作是老师的职责，不需要自己的参与。也有一些家长认为幼儿园就是一个看管孩子的托儿所，只需要孩子吃饱、健康即可。正是由于家长这一错误的思想意识和理念，有许多的家长都不会在思想上进一步的关注幼儿的教育，忽视了家庭教育在整个幼儿成长过程中的价值，很难起到以身作则的作用。……
