摘  要：高中少数民族学困生由于各种原因，或多或少地产生了一定的心理健康问题。这些心理健康问题，不仅严重影响了他们的正常生活、学习和身心发展，而且也给班主任的班级管理和老师的教学管理带来了许多不便，进而制约了学校教育教学水平的提高。因此，科学分析高中少数民族学困生心理问题的原因，探讨解决心理问题的方法，提高其心理健康水平，促进高中少数民族学困生有效转化，让学困学生重新焕发生命的活力，获得积极的内心体验和良好的社会适应能力，有重要的现实意义。

The Causes of the Psychological Problems of the Minority Students with Learning Difficulties in Senior Middle Schools and the Countermeasures

【Abstract】Minority students with learning difficulties in senior high schools have more or less mental health problems due to various reasons.These mental health problems not only seriously affect their normal life，study and physical and mental development，but also bring a lot of inconvenience to the class management of the head teacher and the teaching management of the teacher，which in turn restricts the improvement of school education and teaching.Therefore，scientifically analyze the reasons for the psychological problems of the students with learning difficulties in high school，explore ways to solve the psychological problems，improve their mental health，promote the effective transformation of the students with learning difficulties in high schools，and let the students with learning difficulties rejuvenate their lives and become active.His inner experience and good social adaptability have important practical significance.

1.高中少數民族学困生心理健康问题的表现

通过课题组成员对我县四所高中学困生的调查和访谈发现，当前不少学困生在“学习心理、人际关系、自我评价、精神健康”等方面心理压力较大，不同程度地存在心理健康问题，这些问题主要表现在以下几方面：

（1）消极心理：由于高中升学压力大、部分学困生学习基础薄弱，成绩不好，没有得到老师及时的关注和帮助，导致对自己失望，进而出现情绪消极、悲伤、颓废、淡漠、失去满足感和生活的乐趣，消极看待身边的人和事、常常责备自己、对班级和学校组织的各种活动都缺少热情等。

（2）焦虑心理：部分学困生畏惧考试，常常在考试前和考试中过分担忧，紧张不安，不能集中注意力，导致考试不能发挥自己的正常水平。……
