摘要 介紹针灸国际标准现状。以国际标准组织（ISO）、世界卫生组织（WHO）、世界针灸学会联合会（WFAS）所发布的针灸相关国际标准为例，分析针灸国际标准研究目前存在的主要问题。结果表明，针灸国际标准数量逐年增多，不同国际组织发布标准的领域各有侧重，基本涵盖了针灸学的国际发展需求。但目前还存在针灸相关国际标准制定周期长、国际标准体系不够完善、不能满足市场需求、专业人才缺口较大、国际标准获取渠道不畅、标准信息平台不完善等问题。针对以上问题，建议加强国际合作，促进最佳秩序的形成;积极进行国内标准向国际标准转化的方法学研究;加强标准人才建设与标准化学科建设;搭建信息服务平台，畅通信息获取渠道;加强标准的宣传培训工作，做到标准从实践中来到实践中去。

The Research of International Standards on Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Abstract This paper introduces the current status of international standards of acupuncture and moxibustion.We take the international standards of acupuncture and moxibustion issued by the international organization for standardization（ISO），World Health Organization（WHO） and the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion societies（WFAS） as examples.The results show that the number of international standards on acupuncture and moxibustion is increasing year by year，and different international organizations have different empositions in the areas of standards，which basically cover the needs of acupuncture and moxibustion.However，there are still problems such as a long period of setting international standards related to acupuncture，insufficient international standard systems to meet market demands，a large gap of professional talents，poor access to international standards，and imperfect standard information platforms etc.In view of the above problems，our team put forward several suggestions：strengthen international cooperation and promote the formation of the best order; promote the methodological research on the transformation from domestic standards into international standards; strengthen the construction of standard talents and disciplines; build an information service platform; unblock the channels for obtaining information; strengthen the publicity and training，so that standards can come from practice to practice.

针灸学是中国传统医学宝库中的一颗明珠，也是在中医药现代化和国际化进程中发展最快最好的学科之一。针灸的国际交流起源于6世纪，自公元541年梁武帝派遣医师与工匠前往百济，将针灸传播到了朝鲜、日本等亚洲国家。在17世纪时，针灸传入欧洲地区[1]。20世纪70年代左右，全球兴起了针灸热潮，世界卫生组织（WHO）举办多次针灸国际培训班，并且先后在我国北京、南京、上海建立了国际针灸研究培训合作中心[2]。……
