摘要 目的：评估以参芪为主的扶正方及中成药配合化疗药物治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法：通过计算机检索国家知识基础设施数据库（简称中国知网，China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（简称维普资讯，Chinese Citation Database，CCD）、中国学术期刊数据库（简称万方数据库，China Science Periodical Database，CSPD）等国内数据库以及PubMed、OVID、EmBase等国外数据库，查找有关以参芪为主的扶正方治疗恶性肿瘤的随机对照试验的中英文文献，检索时间为2015年10月到2020年3月。使用RevMan5.3软件对挑选出的文献提取相关数据，针对扶正方的疗效进行数据分析，比较观察组与对照组差异。结果：纳入18篇文献，共计1 724例患者，结果显示观察组疗效优于对照组（RR=1.46，95%CI：1.35～1.59，P<0.000 01）。结论：以参芪为主的扶正方配合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤能够抑制肿瘤生长、增强免疫功能、提高生命质量、减少不良反应发生率。

Therapeutic Effect of Fuzheng Formula Mainly Containing Shenqi on Malignant Tumor：A Meta-analysis

Abstract Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of ShenQi Fuzheng Formula and Chinese patent medicine combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of malignance cancer.Methods：Through computer search of domestic databases such as CNKI，VIP database，Wanfang database and foreign databases such as PubMed，OVID，EmBase，etc.，we searched for Chinese and English literature on randomized controlled trials of Shenqi-based Fuzheng Formula in the treatment of malignant tumors.The retrieval time was nearly 5 years.RevMan5.3 software was used to extract relevant data from selected documents，to analyze the efficacy of Fuzheng Formula，and to compare the differences between the test group and the control group.Results：A total of 18 papers were included，totaling 1 724 patients.The results showed that the test group was superior to the control group in the whole course of treatment of malignant tumors [RR=1.46，95%CI（1.35～1.59），P<0.000 01].Conclusion：ShenQi Fuzheng Formula combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors can inhibit tumor growth，enhance immune function，improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.The application of this method can effectively treat malignant tumors.

恶性肿瘤是中国日益严重的公共卫生问题，目前恶性肿瘤主流治疗手段主要有手术、放疗、化疗、生物学治疗和基因治疗等，且治疗手段落后于西方[1]。中医扶正疗法可以有效提高患者免疫力，改善生命质量，帮助提高治疗恶性肿瘤患者的有效率[2]。本研究选取近5年来有关以参芪为主的扶正方或中成药联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的随机对照试验文献进行Meta分析，以观察运用以参芪为主的扶正方或中成药治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效，为肿瘤患者的临床治疗提供循证依据。
