摘要 通过问卷调研了安徽农业大学经济管理类学科基础课课程组的建设现状，结果显示：该课程的课程组开设具有普遍性，教学开展具有统一性，师资队伍结构具备合理性。同时也发现存在学校层面的经费投入不足、领导重视不够，院（系）层面的管理不规范、落实不到位、运行机制不清，教师个人层面的对管理制度理解程度不深、参与积极性不高等问题。在此基础上，提出安徽农业大学经济管理类学科基础课课程组的建设路径。

Abstract The construction status of the basic course group of economics and management in Anhui Agricultural University is investigated by questionnaire. The results show that the course group is universal， the teaching development is unified， and the structure of the teaching staff is reasonable. At the same time， it is also found that there are problems such as insufficient funding at the school level， insufficient attention paid by leaders， nonstandard management at the college （department） level， inadequate implementation， unclear operation mechanism， insufficient understanding of management system at the individual level of teachers， and low enthusiasm for participation. On this basis， the construction path of the basic course group of economic management disciplines in Anhui Agricultural University is proposed.

鄉村振兴战略要求高等农业院校要围绕科教兴农主线，适应新时代人才培养要求，构建与之相适应的学科、专业培养体系。国务院印发的《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》提出，要坚持“以一流为目标、以学科为基础、以绩效为杠杆、以改革为动力”的基本原则，加快建成一批世界一流大学和一流学科，实现从高等教育大国到高等教育强国的历史性跨越[1]，而课程组教学模式下推动高等农业院校学科基础课教学改革，是实现一流学科建设的积极探索。

学科基础课作为某一特定学科的基础性课程，能够为进一步学习该学科其他课程提供基础知识背景与框架。但是，由于学生人数多、班级多，需要的相应授课教师也多，不可避免地存在着由于缺少沟通交流造成的讲课水平差异较大，教学内容缺少统一，课程之间内容重复等问题[2]。……
