【摘要】目的 探討复方丹参滴丸对AMI支架术后心血管事件的影响。方法 以370例AMI行冠状动脉支架植入术患者为研究对象，采用前瞻性非盲法分为研究组和对照组（每组各185例），入院后2组均给予规范的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病二级预防的药物治疗，其中研究组加服复方丹参滴丸（l0丸/次，3次/日，出院后继续治疗满6个月），对照组未服用复方丹参滴丸。6个月后评定2组患者心绞痛、心肌梗死、心功能不全、冠状动脉新发病变和总心血管事件。结果 6个月后，研究组心绞痛（10.00% vs. 17.72%）、心肌梗死（2.78% vs. 7.78% ）、心功能不全（3.89% vs. 9.44%）、冠状动脉新发病变（7.78% vs. 14.44%）的发生率均低于对照组（P均<0.05）;研究组的总心血管事件发生率为24.44%，低于对照组的48.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 复方丹参滴丸能降低AMI支架术后患者心绞痛、心肌梗死、心功能不全、冠状动脉新发病变和总心血管事件的发生率。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on cardiovascular events in patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） after coronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 370 AMI patients undergoing coronary stent implantation were recruited and evenly divided into the study and control groups using prospective non-blind method. After admission， patients in two groups received standardized drug therapy for secondary prevention of coronary heart diseases. Patients in the study group were supplemented with compound Danshen dripping pills （10 pills/time， 3 times/d for 6 months）， and those in the control group were not given with compound Danshen dripping pills.  Six months later， the incidence of angina， myocardial infarction， cardiac insufficiency， new coronary lesions and total cardiovascular events was assessed in two groups. Results After 6 months， the incidence of angina pectoris （10.00% vs. 17.72%）， myocardial infarction （2.78% vs. 7.78%）， cardiac insufficiency （3.89% vs. 9.44%）， and new coronary lesions （7.78% vs. 14.44%）in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group （all P < 0.05）. The incidence of total cardiovascular events in the study group was 24.44%， significantly lower compared with 48.33% in the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills can reduce the incidence of angina， myocardial infarction， cardiac insufficiency， new coronary lesions， total cardiovascular events in AMI patients after coronary stent implantation.

AMI是最严重的内科急症之一，其预后欠佳、病死率高。尽早行冠状动脉介入术可以降低AMI患者的心血管事件和病死率，改善预后[1]。复方丹参滴丸属于纯中药制剂，是我国常用治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的药物[2]。本文通过对AMI支架术后的患者加服复方丹参滴丸，观察其心绞痛、心肌梗死、心功能不全、冠状动脉新发病变和总心血管事件的情况，以探讨复方丹参滴丸对AMI支架术后心血管事件的影响，现报道如下。

对象与方法
