摘  要：为解决当前学校劳动教育淡化、弱化现象，根除学生嫌弃劳动、不想劳动、不会劳动的问题，为贯彻中共中央国务院印发的《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》指示精神，结合高职院校办学特点，构建“家庭、学校、企业、社会”共同参与的“四体合一”劳动教育体系。通过科学设置教学内容、选用多种教学方式、方法，评价方式，让学生形成家庭劳动教育日常化、学校劳动教育规范化、职业劳动专业化、社会劳动教育多样化，将劳动教育贯穿教育教学全过程，培养合格的社会主义建设者与接班人。

Abstract： In order to solve the current phenomenon of dilution and weakening of labor education in schools， and to eradicate the problem of students being disinclined to work， unwilling to work and unable to work， in order to implement the guiding spirit of the opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in universities， middle schools and primary schools in the new era issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council， and taking into account the characteristics of higher vocational colleges， constructing "four-in-one" labor education system with the participation of "family， school， enterprise and society". By scientifically setting up the teaching contents， selecting various teaching methods and methods， and evaluating methods， the students can form the daily family labor education， the standardization of school labor education， the specialization of professional labor， and the diversification of social labor education， to run labor education through the whole process of education and teaching，to train qualified socialist builders and successors.

馬克思指出：“任何一个民族，如果停止劳动，不用说一年，就是几个星期，也要灭亡”。社会文明的进步是基于人们辛勤的劳动，在改造世界，推动社会进步中，劳动起到了不可磨灭的作用。2020年3月中共中央国务院印发了《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》指出：“劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容，直接决定社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。”劳动教育被提高到与德育、智育、体育、美育教育并重的位置。劳动教育要写入人才培养方案，要专门设置学分、学时。职业院校在开设劳动教育课程时，还需要结合职业院校办学特点与人才培养目标，从家庭劳动、学校劳动、企业劳动、社会劳动四个维度，探索“四体合一”的职业院校劳动教育模式。……
