摘  要：OBE（Outcome-based Education）是一种关注学习成果和效果的教育模式，重视培养学生适应社会和未来发展的综合能力。文章基于OBE教育理念，根据目前社会对复合应用型高技术农业人才的需求，围绕农学专业培养目标、教师队伍建设、教学内容及方式、教学考核评价等方面展开相关论述，提出了相关的改进建议，探究了农学专业创新应用型人才的培养模式。

Abstract： OBE （Outcome-based Education） is a kind of educational model which pays attention to the orientation of

learning achievement and the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability to adapt to society and future development. Based on the OBE model and in view of the social demand for compound applied high-tech agricultural talents， this paper discusses the training objectives of agricultural talents， the construction of teachers， the course content and teaching methods， and the evaluation system of teaching. This paper focuses on the corresponding improvement suggestions， and gives a constructive scheme of the culture method of innovative applied talents in agronomy specialty.

OBE（Outcomes-based Education）是一种基于学习目标的教育模式，也可称之为成果导向教育或者目标导向教育。最早起源于美国，由Spady等人提出，OBE具有三个关键操作原则，第一是注重成果的明确性;其次教师必须为学生提供更多教学辅助支持;最后，学校必须坚持要求所有学生保持高水平的学习效果，也就是一切教育活动、教育过程和课程设计都要围绕实现预期的学习目标[1]。近年来，OBE教学理念已在欧美等发达国家教育改革中得到了较为广泛的应用[2-3]。这一教学模式的推广适用于当下高校的很多课程，也在国内的教育改革中引起了非常广泛的关注。

我国是农业大国，农业的发展情况影响着国家经济发展、社会繁荣稳定和人民生活水平。从2014年起，教育部根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》开始推行高等农林教育综合改革，组织实施“卓越农林人才教育培养计划”，“卓越农艺师”把培养和塑造具有扎实的专业知识和优秀的业务技能的复合应用型高技术农业人才作为人才培养宗旨，其人才培养的特点是重视农业理论知识与实践知识的结合，强调学习知识的实用性，要求农业人才能够快速将理论应用于农业生产实践。……
