摘  要：2020年春突如其来的一场新冠疫情催生了线上教学的发展，也与近两年来慕课的爆发式发展交织与融合，线上教学的质量如何保证，有效的教学互动是关键环节。文章结合自己的线上教学经验，认为互动环节需要精心设计、互动环节主要运用启发式教学方式、师生互动都需要充分准备和备课、要加强师生互动环节的考核。实践表明，加强有效互动，可以明显提高线上教学的效果。

Abstract： In the spring of 2020， novel coronavirus broke out and it results in the development of online teaching， which is interwoven and integrated with the explosive development of MOOC in recent two years. How to ensure the quality of online teaching， effective teaching interaction is the key link. Based on my own online teaching experience， this paper thinks that the interactive link needs to be carefully designed， the interactive link mainly uses heuristic teaching methods， the teacher-student interaction needs to be fully prepared for lessons， and the assessment of the interaction between teachers and students should be strengthened. Practice shows that strengthening effective interaction can significantly improve the effect of online teaching.

自从2011年秋天“慕课”（MOOCs）在美国出现，便迅速遍及全世界。2013年上海交通大学联合北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学等全国12所高校共建中文“慕课”平台，实现在线优质课程共享，探索跨校联合辅修专业培养模式，探索和实施“在线开放课程”资源向社会开放。近两年慕课教学在我国各个高校可以说是爆炸式发展，很多老师积极参与慕课建设并利用慕课资源开展线上线下混合教学。在2020年春突如其来的新冠疫情背景下，“停课不停学”的理念和要求让师生纷纷拿起了在线教学工具，进一步促生了包括慕课在内的各种在线教学快速发展。在线教学成为当前和未来最主要的教学方式之一，总结线上教学的经验教训，分析并解决制约线上教学质量的关键环节，是提高在线教学质量和效果的根本保证，其中线上教学的互动教学尤为突出。
