摘  要：大学科研育人是在进行科研的过程中潜移默化的培育人才，锻炼人才。发挥科研育人的真正功能，对于研究生培养、发展意义深远。在高校育人过程中，尤其是科研育人过程中，主要存在思想引领、平台建设及评价制度建设等方面的问题，文章提出了解决措施，即用科研育人的思想武装学生，营造科研育人的優质氛围，构建完整的奖惩体系制度，建立科学的科研育人运行体制机制，发挥学生的主观能动性。切实将科研实践与思想品德的形成结合起来，学生科研水平的提高与思想品德的提升相结合，在科研实践过程中提升思想品德水平，从而真正实现“科研育人”功能。

Abstract： The cultivation mode of scientific researchin colleges and universities is to cultivate and train talents imperceptibly in the process of scientific research. The function of the cultivation through scientific research plays an important role in graduate education. At present， there are some problems in the cultivation through scientific research in Colleges and universities， such as ideological guidance， platform construction and evaluation system construction. This paper puts forward the solutions， that is， to give full play to the ideological guidance of the cultivation through scientific research， to create a high-quality atmosphere for the cultivation through scientific research， to construct a student reward system for the cultivation through scientific research， to establish a system and mechanism for the cultivation through scientific research， and to give full play to students' subjective initiative. The scientific research activities should be closely combined with the cultivation of students' Ideological and moral character. The improvement of students' scientific research ability and the improvement of their ideological and moral character should be closely combined， so as to form students' moral character imperceptibly in the process of scientific research， so as to realize the function of "the cultivation through scientific research".

所谓科研就是从事科学研究， 对已有知识进行反复分析探索出新的内容[1]。育人，广义的育人指的是养成独立人格、塑造良好品格和提升个人综合素质，狭义的育人是指寓教育于德育之中，本文主要是针对研究生的育人方面的研究。科研育人是以科学研究活动为载体，在进行科学研究的过程中实现育人的功能。具体而言，就是在高等教育中，教师通过指导学生参与科学研究活动，在培养他们的科学素养和研究能力的同时，全面提升学生的思想品德、意志品质、人格操守等，实现立德树人的根本目标[2]。简单来说，科研育人作为培养研究生科教融合的能力，立足于科研实践，既要注重研究生各项科研活动的展开，也要注重育人的连续性和一贯性，要用科学研究来培养人的全面发展，完成立德树人这一高校的根本使命。……
