摘要：目的：评价在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中应用护理配合的效果。方法：研究开展时间是2019年3月到2020年7月，以此阶段在本医院（江阴市人民医院）接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的结石患者为观察对象，共纳入86例，依照随机数字表法将其均分成实验组和对照组，分别给予针对性护理与常规护理。对比两组患者的碎石成功率与疼痛情况。结果：两组的碎石成功率进行对比，提示实验组更高;相比护理前，护理后两组的疼痛评分均降低，且相比对照组，实验组的降低幅度更大;均存在很大差异（P﹤0.05）。结论：在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中应用针对性护理配合可起到理想效果，能够保证手术顺利开展，提高碎石成功率，减轻患者的疼痛感，患者的护理满意度高，值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the effect of nursing cooperation in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods：The study was carried out from March 2019 to July 2020.At this stage，patients who received ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy at this hospital （Jiangyin City Peoples Hospital） were the observation objects.A total of 86 cases were enrolled，according to randomization.The digital table method divides them into the experimental group and the control group，and they are given targeted nursing and routine nursing respectively.The success rate and pain of lithotripsy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results：The comparison of the success rate of lithotripsy between the two groups indicated that the experimental group was higher;compared with before nursing，the pain scores of the two groups after nursing were reduced，and compared with the control group，the reduction in the experimental group was greater;Big difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of targeted nursing cooperation in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can achieve ideal results.It can ensure the smooth progress of the operation，increase the success rate of lithotripsy，and reduce the pain of patients.The patients nursing satisfaction is high and it is worthwhile It is widely used clinically.

輸尿管镜下钬激光碎石术是临床治疗泌尿系统结石的主要措施，为保证治疗效果，在手术过程中配合有效的护理措施十分重要，笔者认为针对性护理具有可行性，为分析其具体应用效果而展开比照研究，现对研究详情进行总结。
